Excellent location at the historic center. From early in the morning until 22:00 it’s full of people so you feel safe. After that it’s pretty empty and maybe sketchy but we came back at 02:00 one night and even though it was empty, we didn’t had a problem. It’s close to the tourist shops and amazing food around. Walking distance to the center and we even walk to the port for a drink which is around 30 minutes. The room was clean enough but it could be better. There was some dust at the corners and a some rust in the bathroom but nothing major. Very ok. Sabrina was very helpful . She gave us important informations and was very kind. Also we had breakfast at a nearby small cafe which had tasty food. Have in mind you can have one piece of pastry and one drink. We were ok with that.

The room could have some amenities like slippers , water bottle (not the one in the fridge that you pay for it) a smart tv so you can watch something else than Italian tv. It could also have shampoo and body wash. There was a tiny bottle of body wash which we used for hands soap because there wasn’t any.

The location of this B&B was fantastic, as you're right in the heart of the historic quarter. The room was huge and had plenty of storage space. The breakfast at the cafe down the street was great too (provided with a voucher for each morning. Sabrina on the desk was so helpful, giving us tips on travel and where to visit in Naples. Thank you for your kindness.

The location of the property is excellent. It is located at a walking distance from multiple restaurants and bars in the heart of Naples. The check-in was quick and the team was super helpful with all the queries. The room had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was in a coffee shop nearby and was nice.

It was super hot and the air conditioner was probably not as effective as it could have been. Nothing against the property, probably it was just too hot.

Everything was simply amazing! Nice host, we even got an info „map“ with tips around the area and we were allowed to use the small kitchen to make a coffee anytime we wanted. The room was spacious including a bed and a sofa and it was beautiful. All little details fit exactly to the colours and the style of the room and even the whole b&b. We will definitely come back! Sabrina is very helpful and everything is very clean. Lots of space for us to use and very helpful information about the area too. It worked well for us.

Difficult to find, you can’t drive to the property and carrying luggage up a long alley was not fun. The ground level entry door is difficult to open. Other guests seemed to deadlock the main door, which meant you need a key to get out. This is very dangerous if there is a fire.

The property was right in the city area! Great for getting a feel of Naples! You do have to walk to the hotel about 10 minute through crowds which can be hard with suitcases! Taxi will take you as far as they can’ Decent walk to the train station! Good overall experience

A lovely b&b located in old town, we stayed in the Rosa room, comfortable enough for the two nights we stayed, breakfast vouchers given to use at a small cafe about 50m away. Consisted of one pastry, one hot drink and one cold drink. Sabrina the reception staff very nice, had lots of information including tips for visiting the city.

Cars cannot get up to the building so have to walk around 100m up an extremely busy street with your luggage. The noise from the outside was really loud, including being on the airport flight path.

Location in the heart of historic Naples down a laneway beautiful building with restored accommodation rooms that compliment the heritage Bars cafes all around can walk to central train station if you haven’t been to Naples before getting around requires good foot ware.

Arriving to the property being a B & B we were a little confused on how to access building via intercom once sorted all was great Note no transport can get you right to the door be prepared to walk with bags down laneway ( part of the experience)

I love the kindness of Sabrina, she explained us everything and gave us a lot of information regarding places and restaurants. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable and not noisy at all, although there is a lot of movement around, it was perfect¡

Amazing location right in the heart of the old city in Naples. Just a few minutes' walk from lots of sights, for example the Capella Sansevero museum, Naploi Sotteranea, lots of great food places. Short walk to the Napoli Centrale train station as well. Staff were really nice and friendly on check-in and very helpful throughout the stay.

The only downside was the construction work going on down the alley from the hotel was very loud in the mornings, but out of the hotel's control.
