The location was fantastic, even though it was a bit tough to get there at first – driving in Naples can be tricky, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. But once we found our way, everything was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel is very well located near the historic center, and it's easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, both to me and to my mom. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the experience with the parking service — unfortunately, the staff there weren't very friendly. We were both carrying very heavy suitcases and didn’t receive any assistance, which was a bit disappointing. I think that’s something that could be improved.

The room was really big, with our own rooftop terrace overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked superbly and having the cool retreat of our hotel room made our holiday in Naples really enjoyable because we could find refuge from the 36 degrees temperature on the street. The swimming pool was great, really big and not too busy if we went swimming early or later in the day. The staff we so friendly and very happy to help with any questions about sightseeing, transport, local places to eat, etc. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us easy and quick access to all the main sights.

The wifi connection was unreliable and when it was available it was very slow.

A good size apartment with bedroom on a mezzanine above open plan space. 2 good bathrooms with a kitchenette. Comfortable space and great location in the buzzing and crazy delight that is Naples. Staff were wonderful and gave us some great advice on where to visit during our trip. Pool is decent but lane swimming only and restricted hours (made very clear on booking). Breakfast was decent but not decadent. Overall, this provided a great base to explore a fantastic city during a flying visit.

The hotel is also a gym so you get some very occasional background noise. This is not ideal, but wouldn't put me off staying again. The kitchen is not brilliantly equipped.

We went by plane and didn't rent a car hence we wanted a good location. The hotel is great for this. Few meters from Santa Chiara basilica and Gesu Nuovo church. Not so far from the beginning of Toledo street (main shopping street of Naples) and 10 min walk from the Universita metro station. Also just right the corner, you can find 3 very good restaurants. The hotel is very clean. The room as well. Looks like rooms have been renovated no so long ago. There's a swimming pool (25 meters length) nevertheless it's only designated swimming. There're also fitness facilities. The breakfast is good even though it's sparse. Nonetheless, cakes, croissants and doughnuts are fresh and excellent. The coffee is great. The barman is very nice and friendly.

Inside the room, there was a sound of ventilation that didn't come from our room. We think it came from the swming pool ventilation. It was annoying at least for us. Maybe during summer, the sound of the air conditionning covers this noise but during our stay, we didn't use air conditionning.

The hotel is located in the historic old town and is an ideal base to explore from. The large double room and terrace was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well presented.

Limited choices for breakfast which mainly comprised of pastries, cakes, a small selection of fruits and yogurts, and coffee. The WiFi in the room was not the best with intermittent connectivity issues and slow speeds.

Location of hotel was amazing. We walked everywhere - to the station, to the port and all round the city. It is so close to some really nice restaurants and the Ciara Church which is worth a visit Breakfast was good - the coffee was the best and the waiter was very good being patient with our lack of Italian Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. Being February it was important to have heating which we could control and the room was lovely and warm. We could look out of our window on the street below which I loved. It was good to have a swimming pool

Some of the reception staff were a bit frosty We were informed that we could use the pool until 13.00 but by 8.30 they were conducting adult swimming lessons so it was too crowded to have a decent swim

Big room and patio. Quiet room, and a good lift, code needed to get to the floor. Little shop on corner sold everything.

Internet was off every afternoon and had to keep asking them to reset it. Had to ask every day for the cleaner to leave sugar, when we arrived, no tea, only 2 green t bags, no sugar or coffee. Hard to get a decent meal if you don't like pasta or pizza.

The staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman at reception took the time to go through all the local sites and male recommendations. The staff at reception were great throughout our stay. The location is perfect for a stay in Napoli, a 15-20 min walk from the main station and a short taxi ride to the airport. It's right in the centre of historic Naples, which means everything you want to see is walkable. It's almost on Spaccanapoli and is a very short walk from Via San Gregorio Armeno (Christmas Alley) The bed was very comfortable, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. The shower was really powerful.

Breakfast was nice but a little basic. The room is showing signs of wear, it could do with a deep clean and a bit of redecorating - the toilet was very close to the cabinet, as a tall person, there wasn't much room for my legs The only real downside is the noise. Our room looked out over the pool, this meant there was noise from around 7am, all the way through to 9:30/10pm - this wasn't a massive issue, but it's not a hotel if you like to sleep in on your holidays

the location was good, and it felt clean. we weren't staying long enough to enjoy the pool and gym facilities but they looked impressive! the room was massive, which was great.

the shower was very small and the sliding doors struggled to fully open. there was also a gap in the bathroom wall where we could hear people walking down the corridor...that was a bit strange. the coffee/tea tray wasn't always fully refilled either.

Room was really spacious and shower was great! Beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good! The hotel is right in the city centre and you can easily reach everywhere. Good options for meals and shopping around. There is a garage (payable) which is helpful if you come by car, but keep in mind that streets in the city centre are hard to navigate.
