Although a little hard to find, the host met us in the square in front of the building. The hotel is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. The shower was excellent. There is after-hours access. The location is excellent in the old town (although the new area would also be fine). It is close to Duomo. There are many eateries nearby, of variable quality (do your research), a minimarket just across the street and a larger supermarket a bit further up the hill past Duomo. Easy walk to the Archaeological Museum. An excellent walking tour starts near the docks but finishes in Old Town. Quite close to the main shopping area of Naples. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, filtered cold and carbonated water machine, shared fridge (as well as a small bar fridge in each room), and an outdoor area / rooftop garden of sorts.

This is nit-picking but it is a bit far from the dock (30mins) if you arrive by ferry, and not really close (15-20mins) to the central station, where you can catch the Alibus to the airport. There is a shared kitchen as mentioned but the gas cooktop is not allowed to be used. Perhaps they should consider an induction cooktop, although most holidaymakers don't cook (we had no such cravings).

The apartments are in great location: walking distance from everywhere (or short walking distance from metro which is extra handy). It took us only 20min during busy time to walk to main train station. We were greeted and shown to our room and they were always very quick with responses when we had questions. We were given a map with lots of recommendations too. Our room was very spacious, with really comfy bed and air con, so we had great sleep every night The extra specious bathroom had an access to the roof terrace. There is communal kitchen/food prep area and having water bottle filler, with sparkling water option, is great touch. Every day our room was cleaned and we had a pod of coffee for coffee machine every day.

These are little things. There is a small flight of stairs from the elevator to get to the property. Few tiles in our room/bathroom were loose so made a loud noise while stepping on them. Our bathroom had doors opening directly to the roof terrace accessible by all and we felt that the doors should have better blinds (they looked a bit too thin and had little wholes where the string goes). The water takes time to warm up and one evening it was luke warm, but generally was great.

Both the room and bathroom were big with plenty of room for 2 friends sharing. There was a small fridge in the room and a shared kitchen space. Although we did not use the kitchen facilities it was always clean. The outdoor terrace is also a great space to have a morning coffee or evening drink before heading out for the day.

It was around a 20 minute walk to the train station but taxis were easy enough and we managed to walk everywhere we needed to be.

We enjoyed our stay at Napoli Square Suites. The location is very convenient, the space was very clean (and cleaned every day) and there is the possibility to use the terrace and the kitchen (with free coffee, tea and sparkling water). The staff was friendly and gave us clear directions on how to get there.

Nothing major, but the room wasn’t very big and it’s more apartment style, than a hotel (which is good to know before you book).

The interior was modern, clean and bright. The communal kitchen area was unusual to us, but well appointed and convenient (they could use a few more ice trays). Our suite opened directly onto the property’s veranda! A huge plus for our pleasure! The location was in easy walking distances to numerous attractions, food and drink. We cannot say enough praise for Nella and Chiara who saw us through a rough two days with no luggage. Our short stay in Naples was ruined by the debacle of retrieving luggage mishandled by the airline and then lost by NAP. Napoli squares was a place of tranquility, comfort and rest during our ordeal.

It could be our naivety about traveling in an old Italian city, but we did not recognize the property from the street when our cab arrived. A little more prominent signage outside the entrance would be more helpful to the uninitiated.

I had a fantastic weekend stay! The location was absolutely perfect, just in the historical center and not far from Gulf of Naples.The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, ladies, for the printed list of city ​​attractions and places to eat. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, with fridge, kettle, hair dryer + well equipped kitchen and nice terrace as common areas. I highly recommend this place!

The room was really nice, modern and well equipped. The appartment in general has been refreshed recently and is really confortable It is also very well located at 5mn from the Duomo Room was clean and the housework was done every day by the staff

The only thing really missing was a breakfast service which could have been really nice in such a place ; the common room has a coffee machine and a fridge though. There is no window blinds in the room as in most places we have visited in Italy

Great apartment. On the 3rd floor and serviced by a lift. Great staff very attentive and quick to help. Location was perfect for all the local shopping and cafe culture. Lots to do and see. Would reccommend to all.

The room was clean and functional. Staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with as we communicated with one person directly with Whatsapp (tried to call all 3 numbers on their card one morning with no success). We also liked the location.

We had issues with the keys that did not work or got stuck. Not sure what we could have done without reaching one person with Whatsapp.

Nella was an amazing and lovely host, she was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay with providing us with new accessories and providing suggestions where to visit. The Building is a beautiful old historical site. Our apartment which had an balcony (which is helpful to dry or air out your clothes) was clean, simple and very homely especially with the view from stepping out to the balcony. The shower room was great and the bed was super comfy. You can also access Netflix to the the TV and there is free WIFI. The communal kitchen area is very nice and clean which you can relax, cook fresh meals and also there is a coffee and filtered water machine. The rooftop balcony is communal and great for relaxing with many chairs and sun bathing chairs available. The apartment is near to the Spanish quarter and also a 10min walk from the Centre and the nearest metro is the Duomo Metro Station. The area is very safe and busy and you can easily walk around till late into the early hours of the morning and it has beautiful site seeing all around especially the San Gennaro Cathedral.
