Filippo, our host, was wonderful - very communicative and responsive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room was very comfortable (#103). Location was just 12-15 min walk from Napoli Centrale and local Metro. Plenty of pizzeria's a few steps away. Breakfast 'OK' - coffee with a pastry or croissant served at small local cafe across the street. If in Naples again, would stay again and recommend to others for a place to stay in the heart of busy Naples in the Historic District.

While Calenda Suites is very secure, multiple locks at three door locations to enter AND leave the premises was a bit of a chore. Lock to room door also required key to exit the room (no thumb lock on door on inside of room - needed key to exit once you lock the door). WiFi inconsistent, often requiring sitting in specific location in the room.

We were sick, when came to the hotel, but luckily the room was ready before regular check-in time. We were charged by 18e city tax in cash. The room was clean and even had a kettle, but there were problems with WiFi. There were 5 doors to open with special keys to get to the street. Maybe it is fine, but I felt anxious about the reason for that. In the end the 30e transfer to the airport was arranged by the host. The closest glossary store is in 20 minute walking. And we couldn't have breakfast, that was included in the price, since we were sick and the breakfast was in a bar in another building.

It’s very close to the historic centre and the best pizza place Da Michele’s. The room is spacious, neat and clean as well as the bathroom. The owner is very helpful and kind, gives many recommendations. Moreover, the room was ready much earlier than check in time.

It’s was very noisy. There’s a theatre at the same building and each evening I heard loud music from there. Also, through the walls you can hear very well people from the next room. Naples is a loud city so I guess it’s hard to find a place where you won’t hear anything from the streets.

Fillipo the host got in contact straight away after booking to get details of our arrival and give instruction to get to the B&B. The location was very central and had plenty of great food around. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with plenty of locking doors into the building to make you feel very safe. The aircon was also nice and cold for the summer. The room came with coffee and breakfast vouchers for across the road that made breakfast each morning delicious and easy. Fillipo gave me a tour showing the best local spots to eat and get groceries. He provided information on whatsapp and checked in with us every morning. We opted to go for a tour in his private car for 25 euros pp that was worth every cent. The sights and local knowledge was amazing. This stay is the best we have ever had and I cannot reccomend it enough. The new high standard has been set 10/10

We had a wonderful stay with our family and baby in June. Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making our experience comfortable and memorable. Our room was perfect with thoughtful touches and baby supplies. Touring Naples with Filippo was a special highlight. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made it an unforgettable experience, and traveling in his car allowed us to see many highlights in comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone visiting Naples!

Filippo was a very helpful host who was proactive in providing information useful to our trip. He picked us up at the airport and showed us the area around the property to give us an idea on where we are. For 20€ per person he offered to do a sightseeing tour which was very interesting and he went past places a tourist bus wouldn’t drive past. He also stopped on places to take photos of us which was much appreciated :-) Room had a great size and we were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and we loved the Italian breakfast in the morning. If we decide to go back to Naples we would stay there again!

We loved our stay at Calenda Suite - the rooms look just as in the photos and the bed gave us a fantastic nights sleep! The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Filippo, our host, was amazing. He gave us a great rundown of Naples, things to do and how to get everywhere and also gave some fantastic restaurant recommendations. He checked in with us each day which was much appreciated. The property is just over a 10min walk from Napoli Centrale which was very convenient and was walking distant to everything else (lots of steep hills in Naples though be warned!) The location felt a little sketchy but I think that’s just a given being close to the train station, we felt safe in the rooms and had no issues. breakfast was at the cafe across the road which was great too!

Location was perfect. Easy walk from train station from Rome, and even easier walk to train to Pompeii. At edge of Centro Historico with its vibrant energy. Filippo was an incredible host, accommodating our last-minute change in arrival times, and lots of recommendations re restaurants and sights. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The stay was very pleasant. Fillipo couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. He arranged transfers to and from the airport (at reasonable prices), he provided great recommendations for Naples and the two excursion trips that we did. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It is in a secure building equidistant from the main station and ferry port. It is walking distance from the historical centre. Despite being a light sleeper, I always carry ear plugs, and so i slept very well. I would stay here again. Breakfast is a coffee and croissant at a local cafe, simple but served with a smile. Very convenient when we had early starts for our excursions.

Filippo picked us up at the airport and took us to the apartment, he is very helpfully and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions to enjoy our stay in Naples along the way. The apartment is very modern and clean, with a really nice bathroom and everything you need. Filippo messaged us every day through out our stay to check everything was well which it was! Really reccomend staying at Calenda Suite, due to the great location and nice modern rooms
