Good location giving easy access to and from the train station, close to lots of restaurants and bars but on a quieter street. manager was very personable and helpful.

Finding the actual accommodation when we didn't have any data to have phone communication. (Fortunately, there was some helpful neighbours that let us into the building!) The entryway and stairwell isn't very welcoming but once you enter the actual accommodation on the 5th floor it is bright and clean. There was only one power point that fitted our new travel adaptors and it was in the bathroom.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Mini fridge and kettle, cups etc.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the street but the view wasn't very good. Very run down area but that's the real Naples. To reach the room we had to take the lift and there was a charge each time you used it it cost 10 cents, not much but you had to make sure you had plenty of 10 cent coins. Breakfast consisted of either coffee or tea, croissants and some sort of juice that tasted a bit like medicine.

Great place to stay in Naples! The host greeted us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and had a mini fridge and air conditioning. It was in a very convenient location in the city center and close to the central station. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday, so we only noticed loud street noise on Friday night, which is expected in the city, but it ended around 1am so it wasn't much of a problem. The breakfast was a highlight! Delicious cappuccinos and croissants were delivered right to our room every morning. There was also a mini market next door for anything else we needed.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and very clean. The host was very kind, and attentive. Breakfast was great, and the property is close to many bars, restaurants and attractions. The Garibaldi Central station is between a 5-10 minute walk, and accessible by taxi front the front of the property.

The neighbourhood of the property is disgusting, with rubbish littering the streets. This was a detraction from what is nice accommodation.

We’ve spent 3 days in Naples . The property is located near excellent restaurants , pizzerias , shops and attractions. The room is clean , cosy and a view from balcony is gorgeous . And we really enjoyed our breakfasts right in the room ! I There might be noise from the street at night, but it didn't bother us much.

Really good location, really helpful and friendly host, could choose what time breakfast brought to the room, spacious room. Overall happy with my stay here.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, the street was a bit loud but I think that would likely be the case in most places in the old town, breakfast was basic

Funnily enough, we loved the location in the old part of Naples. Lots of streets to explore with small shops selling all kinds of things. We also had a tip from a family we met - instead of going to the main station Naples-Garibaldi (10/15 minutes walk away) cross Via Umberto and go through the old market to board train near there. Again 10/15 minutes walk away. That way we had a seat as the train filled up at Garibaldi with standing room only. Tickets cost 4 euro to Sorrento and 2.40 euro to Pompei. At Pompei it is well worth the money to pay for a guide in one's language.

Breakfast! Was a croisant and a half cup of coffee brought on a tray to our room. There was a kettle and coffee/tea sachets in our room with jam and a packet of already opened toasts. We asked for fruit but were told they didn't serve it. The yogurt we asked for was provided but we did not want it 3 mornings in a row. When we asked if maybe we could have cheese or ham that was also refused. Very poor.

In a great location, within walking distance of the old town with loads of bars and restaurants. The most famous pizzeria in Naples is on the doorstep! The breakfast was great and the host was very friendly even with language barrier we were able to understand everything.

The room was well maintained and very clean,the owner was very friendly,there was a balcony and we had breakfast in the room every morning!Great value for money!

The location was quiet sketchy,although nothing uncomfortable happened it was obvious that it was a bad neighborhood!

We were very pleased with our room, we got a real taste of Naples old town vibes. very secure, lift is quirky. breakfast was brought to our room in the morning . Fabulous view of market and Duomo from balcony. Delightful stay.will be back
