We enjoyed the best pizza at a place called Mia Mamma.and we ate the best Pizza at Mia Mamma pizza place.

The exterior of this place is uninviting, particularly with a car garage next door. However, it’s essential to remember that appearances can be deceiving. Once you step inside, you’ll find a completely transformed atmosphere. The real issue lies outside, where locals must take greater responsibility for their surroundings. This is a historical city, yet it suffers from neglect, with graffiti and litter tarnishing its value. It’s time for the community to prioritize the upkeep of this remarkable place.

The staff was really nice and they answered really fast, even though they’re physically only there until 2pm, they kept answering via WhatsApp. There’s an elevator that costs 10 cents, you’ll be grateful for it because it’s on the third floor (and the staff gave me coins for that as well).

I would’ve love that leaving the luggage after check out was free, but I was grateful to pay the 5€ to leave it there because there were cameras and I knew it was safe. My room was also not in the main rooms (with extra lock in the main entrance and cameras) but in an adjacent one, I had the key but still it was a bit dark in the hallway.

Gina was absolutely fantastic to liaise with - so quick to reply and very clear check in instructions. Room was basic but good for a few days, and great to have a shared kitchen. Location was perfect, 10 min walk to main train station

Just the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better

For this price is very nice. Clean and cozy place. Even small frige at the room. Towels, hot water, tv and air condition. In general we love to stay there. Interesting building with very high roof. We liked it. Self check in and the owner speak english very well.

Surroundings are a bit creepy, but for us it's ok. If you are expect something beautiful\ nice view from the balcony i would recommend you to choose something else, but it will be hard in Naples XD Do not forget to bring some coins (10 cents only) to use the elevator you will need it. I have never seen before elevator where you need to pay to get up XD But it's not the hostel fault, it's just Naples XD

The location was great, and the room as well as the bathroom was clean and well prepared. The mini fridge and the shelf made things very convenient, and the air conditioner worked exceptionally. The person at the front desk(Viviana or Viviane) was extremely kind and helpful when we needed a place to temporarily rest after checking out.

This place is located in an old building which is very unique. If you need the lift have to pay $0.10. But is ok to walk 3 floor also. Room is big and nice, with a small kitchen can make some coffee and have cutlery.

The location have to walk 15 mins from the main train station. But the rest is all good

The location is excellent so close to the historical center and railway station. You can reach to the hotel with public transport from the airport. The building is nice typical old house. Inside everything is renovated and fresh. The size of the bedroom and bathroom is really big. There are well worked AC and kettle in the room. The was warm radiator in the bathroom.

There were no kitchen, too early check out. There was cold in the room but the AC is powerful but due to big size of the room it needs more time to warm the room. The window was not closed tightly there were some airspace.

The cleanliness was at a high level, the location was excellent, and we felt very safe during our stay. The host was wonderful – always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended! ☺️

I liked that it was quiet. Clean. There was none in the hostel. That was exceptional. very good experience

The room is big and clean, the facilities are new. there is also a small public kitchen and provided water , tea, and coffee. the reception is nice and professional, you can easily reach them via what's app and get a response quickly during the stay.
