Downtown Napoli b & b is centrally located and conveniently nearby to many restaurants, bars, and local coffee shops. The owner, Alberto was most helpful with helping plan the stay. He had suggestions with where to go, what to visit, and how to maximize the time while in Napoli. I also appreciated that Alberto provided a voucher to receive a typical Italian breakfast of pastry (cornetto with pistachio is my favorite) and and coffee at the caffe a few doors down. Prior to arrival, Alberto provided me with detailed instructions on how to access the hotel. It was not difficult to follow. Once in the hotel, Alberto will meet you to give you a tour of the place. The room was superbly clean and some amenities are provided like shampoo and body wash. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area and a small fridge. Also, coffee and tea are provided at all times in the communal area. There is also a cute patio with chairs set up for your enjoyment. I highly recommend Downtown Napoli b & b. I cannot wait to return.

Hotel apartments located just in the city center of Napoli. 10 min walk from famous pizzeria where Julia Robert’s was eating her pizza in the movie Eat Pray Love. I loved the wide ceilings in that historical building, clean room, but bathroom needs a bit renovation. We had a balcony overlooking the central street. For the breakfast we were offered fresh croissant and coffee from the downstairs cafe. Also, we faced a bit challenges to park our car at the beginning as the area was very crowded, it was difficult to find the parking space on the street so we chosen the CAR PARK for 40€ /night like 6 min walk for the apartment. Also I don’t think it’s safe to park your rental car on the street there. Otherwise pleasant stay, good value for money and helpful host.

Good location, 20 minutes walk from the train station and just a few minutes from the historical town centre. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside the property. Nice modern room with good air conditioning.

It was difficult to find the property as the sign on the door didn't match the name on the website. The shower didn't drain very quickly, so it was prone to overflowing at first, although this was fixed during our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, the room was nice and lovely decorated. It is part of an apartment with shared common space for coffee and working,relaxing. Alberto is easy to access and helpful. It is situated near the archeological museum, the metro station and the main roads of centro storico. It is not too near by foot to Spanish quarters and via toledo and it was a little bit tiring going back and forth as the city vibe is there. Yet you can use the metro and avoid unnecessary walking. Take sport shoes with you! The roads are made of stone cubes and are not easy to walk with heels or sandals.

Host was very nice, however would be great if he sent check in information a little before check in time, we arrive at the location and had no idea how to check in, I had to call him to get the information, at least for me that was the only downside.

Elegant and newly renovated flat with spacious rooms. Fantastic terrace in the backyard that invites taking time having an espresso... Or you use one of the the several bars literally round the corner for an Italian-style breakfast or an aperitivo. Alberto is a fantastic and welcoming host that is happy to go the extra mile. My room went out towards the Via Duomo, so I could hear traffic in the evening & early morning. However, new and well-isolated windows, so no problem with closed windows + AirCon 😊

This is one of the best places I have stayed in throughout my years of travel. It is a must if you stay in Naples. The rooms are gorgeous and I had a balcony looking out on Via Duomo. The doors are sound proof. Alberto provided clear instructions on how to get in and was very helpful. You can walk everywhere from here or uber taxis are cheap if you have mobility issues or are tired from walking.

The appartement is only one station from Napoli Centrale. It is located in the city centre and many sights, museums etc are also reachable by foot. The room was very nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. There is also a terrace in the patio where you can relax. The host, Alberto was very friendly and courteous. Next time in Naples I will definitely book Downtown Napoli b&b again!

It was very clean which is super important to us. Also, I liked that the room was quite spacious and the bathroom nicely functioning. The location was very close to the Duomo and in the upper part of the historical center. We walked to most places, sometimes we did take a taxi, especially when we were towards the sea. There was not much noise from outside. During the first day, we arrived at 10 o clock and our room was ready, such a relief. Alberto made arrangements for a taxi when we left.

I should have made arrangements with Alberto on how to enter the building upon arrival because when we got there, I had no idea what to do. But that's on me and in any case it took us maybe 10 minutes to get in, no longer. Breakfast was so so, but not an issue for us as we either skipped it or went somewhere else for variety. Coffee was good though. Bed was comfortable but a bit on the hard side. Again one of the things that are good for some people and not so good for others. It was of good quality and also spacious.

Nice and well maintained place in convenient location at a reasonable price. Friendly host. Walk-in closet with a key was a nice plus for us that we had a lot of baggage.

A cappuccino and a croissant offered at a nearby Cafe should not be advertised as breakfast. Wifi coverage and speed good but not great
