The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the main tourist attractions in the city. It was very clean and comfortable and had the added bonus of a shared kitchenette. The host was very good and answered any queries promptly. She was also able to help in booking a taxi for our transfer back to the airport.

Only drawback to our stay was that the apartment is on the 6th floor with only one lift. If you have difficulty with stairs it could be a problem. The lift was out of action our second morning but the host kept us updated with progress and assured us it would be sorted by the end of the day, which it was.

The breakfast was a classic Italian one, served at the neighboring café in a lovely courtyard. The accommodation is in a very central and safe location, close to the metro. All points of interest are within walking distance.The rooms are very elegant and modern, fully equipped with all amenities. The bed, mattress, and linens were in excellent condition. The small balcony offered a nice, unobstructed view of the main street and a partial view of the harbor.

I would have preferred the communication (via messages with the host) to be more limited, as my time was tight and I had a strict sightseeing schedule.

Our concierge was great and contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival and was able to accommodate an early check in. Then he continued to be very responsive throughout our stay. Since there is not reception and check in was totally automated it was nice so be able to have a go to person. The room was spacious and clean and daily cleaning was great too.

Could be harder if you have any accessibility issues since there are a few areas where you must take steps. The elevator is small too. The air conditioning was not the strongest so it did get a little warm at night

Communication at first was not easy as I had to contact booking to make sure I get answers about early check-in and access to the room (self check-in with instructions no reception) but at the end everything went well and smooth. For me the main negative point is the noise, you literally can hear every conversation or move from the 2 other rooms

The location of the property is great! Walking distance from all the main points of interest. Being on the sixth floor we were able to see the sea, so the view from the rooms was definitely great! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I initially added to the reservation a phone number that was not associated to a WhatsApp account. I called them months ahead of my stay and they corrected the information right away and answered all of the questions I had. Carolina, the manager who helped us during our stay was very present, and made sure our rooms were ready for us by the time we arrived. She really went above and beyond!

The elevator is an old 1970s elevator that can be a little unsettling but it is not something that Nacu90 controls. The street is loud and may disturb your sleep, the walls are a little thin, we were able to hear conversations happening in the adjacent room.

The apartment is conveniently situated. Although it is on the main street, it is not noisy when the balcony door is closed. It is very close to the historic centre and also not far to the Port. Although we didn't get to meet the host Vincenzo, he is very helpful and is quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp. The apartment is very nice and clean, and there is a little kitchen just outside the room. We loved that the apartment is very spacious, it does have a balcony but not one you can sit on. Breakfast is provided by a nice cafe next to the apartment, but expect a very simple one of a coffee and croissant.

There is a seaview as stated in the listing, but it has a limited view over roofs.

Good and very clean room, good bed. A perfect location to visit the highlight tourist attractions of Napoli, and close to the subway to explore more Napoli topics.

Big bathroom, chair should be helpful in there. Negative, but typical Italian, poor breakfast on a nearby pub. General , a bit expensive for given services.

I didn’t realize it was a suite of 3 rooms with a kitchenette this was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were decorated beautifully! They were roomy and the air conditioning was cold if we wanted it that way!Which was perfect! Elevator is a needed bonus if you have a lot of luggage, which we did! Hosts response time was immediate and very accommodating. Remote entry and access was convenient as well as keys available.

We had a great stay here. Contactless check-in worked very smoothly, Carolina contacted me by whatsapp ahead of our arrival and gave me all the details required. I was a bit sceptical of this kind of setup but everything was well run, the building and rooms were very secure and safe, incredibly clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchen area where we could refill our water (much needed in the heat). The personal touch was very appreciated, as Carolina reached out to us every day of our stay to ensure everything was ok and offer any advice on places to go/eat etc. The location is also only a 15 minute walk from the train station, and only a 10 minute walk in any direction to a number of great places to visit such as the Spanish Quarter and Via del Tribunali. There's also a ton of great food in the area, so the location is really perfect.

There is a €5 charge for storing baggage ahead of check-in, which is a service usually offered free with most hotels. However I think this is due to the fact that the cleaner is the only person on site, and they arrange for her to meet you and store the luggage in your room which in our case was 2 large suitcases, so minimal complaint. On the flip side you can pay €10 and they will arrange to let you check in early, which is a nice service which more hotels should offer. The only other issue is the air conditioning doesn't do much to cool the room, which can make it a bit hot on a 30 degree day and made sleep a bit less comfortable.

Only wish the elevator was bigger but it’s an old building as are most of Italy so they made the elevators small. Not a problem at all just a heads up if you have multiple bags and people make two trips up elevator. I will say the elevator was fast so not a long wait
