The location is perfect, it is close to all the important stations and old centrum. I loved the balcony and the bed was perfect. It was also very clean. We liked the water filter, it was very useful. Also the host was very nice, extremely kind and he also explained everything in details, plus helped us to find good restaurants and the places we wanted to visit.

The only thing I would add to the room: glasses not made of paper but glass, and also plates to be able to eat the breakfast more comfortably. I could imagine a little bit more versatile breakfast, not only sweet croissants, maybe a few cold cuts and bread and butter.

It was extremely loud/noisy. Our room was right next to the kitchen and the door was paper thin, so we could hear everything in the kitchen from the other guests started using it from 7 am - and the coffee machine wasn't that easy, but extremely noisy, so when the other guests pushed the button 4-5 times, it was a lot of noise. This will not be a problem if you get up early.

I don't like this European breakfast of cakes and crossons.. Vinchenzo, the owner, went especially for me to buy me a breakfast like I prefer, cheese, ham, whole wheat bread, fruits.. Perfect! Location is perfect. Walking distance from what we needed to see in our 24hr visit to Napoli. The room was spacious for the 4 of us.

The address was not the same as mentioned in the booking so we had to meet the host at the mentioned address then walk to the other building. it was a 3 minute walk but we had a lot of luggage and the kids so it wasn't very convenient. The host thankfully helped us with the luggage.

The central location of the accommodation provided convenient access to our Capri boat and Pompeii railway trips, Spaccanapoli strolls, and culinary explorations. The staff, especially Francesco, was incredibly helpful. We were able to deposit our luggage free of charge before flying out, which allowed us a couple of extra hours to enjoy Naples carefree. We particularly enjoyed the adjacent terrace to our room, where we drank our breakfast coffees. The room was relatively clean and well-equipped. Overall, it offered good value for money. Important note: We stayed not in the main building but in a separate one quite close to it, at Piazza Portanova.

The host Eleonora was very friendly, kind and in good communication even before I arrived. We kept in touch as my expected arrival was delayed. She was there waiting for me, showed me everything I needed to know. There is a shared kitchen area with coffee and juices available, even some yummy pastries. With a lttle balcony over looking the ancient church. The bnb is centrally located for exploring between the port and historic area. Eleonora kindly arranged a taxi for the following morning to go to the port. I originally considered walking there with my large suitcase, but the taxi was a better option for me. It was a fun, exciting taxi ride, the driver was super friendly, telling me some history along the way and got quite animated about the Napoli way to drive! My room was comfortable and clean, I had a good sleep. Breakfast is self service with fresh pastries delivered each morning, with coffee machine for your use. I would stay here again.

Everything was fine

Excellent location. Staff were incredibly helpful and extremely quick to respond to any enquiries. Francesco gave us some fantastic recommendations. They also helped with taxi transfers and put us in contact with the right people to help with any trips that we were interested in. Could not fault the staff. Absolutely fantastic.

The breakfast could have been better. Only croissants on offer with tea/coffee or juice. All self serve.

Francesco was brilliant in highlighting the places to see and eat and the intricacies of the B&B and is always available for assistance

Although the coffee machine was great the constant grinding outside the door was annoying particularly late at night whilst congregating in kitchen talking on hands free when trying to sleep was just rude. I acknowledge this is not Francesco’s fault but maybe should make residents aware of respecting other people. Breakfast is almost not worth bothering with, a lukewarm coffee and pastry outside on a cold morning doesn’t seem worthwhile.

The location was excellent to discover the old city and within walkable distance. Metro is just 5 minutes away. Parking was also arranged in a nearby garage for a fee but is secure which I would recommend. Vincenzio was always available on chat and really helpful with tips and ideas on getting around the city. The building is fully secured as well with cctv.

The room was not well isolated and there was just 1 main item for breakfast which is quiet the norm in Italy so no much complaint I would say but when you book a stay with breakfast a little more was expected. Other than that all was good.

Clean, comfortable air conditioned en-suite rooms in centre of Naples. The hosts were extremely helpful from the minute we booked to the minute we left. The lovely Eleonora gave us great tips on how to get around and where to get the best pizza !

Would have preferred to be provided with proper mugs to drink hot beverages from rather than paper cups which are rather hot to hold!
