We stayed at the hotel just for one night, so we didn’t get to experience everything, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the girl at the reception was super friendly and helpful - she even arranged a taxi for us to the airport in the morning. A nice touch was the coffee machine available early in the morning, which let us enjoy a quick cup before heading out. Just a small note: the hotel is located on a busy street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and night. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. A smooth and easy overnight stay with kind service and thoughtful details.

The rooms and staff were amazing. As others have said it is on a busy street, however that was a bonus for us. We stayed there twice - as our transfer points for our trip when we had to fly out of Napoli. We were close to food and shopping and it was quiet in the hotel. The staff was super helpful with advice, suggestions and taxi arrangements. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a few rooms so it was easy for us to go back and forth among family rooms.

The only thing I wish they had was a tea kettle rather than the espresso machine.

Nice room, very clean,good hostess. The area it is also good ,you have everything what you need. Supermarket near,just 50 meters away from Hotel Room,nice small shops with different stars . Near of Duomo Metro station. I recommend highly. Comes every day to clean your room after you go in the city. Thanks to the cleaning lady. 👌🏼👌🏼

Maybe little bit noisy in the night,but not always. 2 nights was good,2 was little noisy. But It's no one's fault. I recommend bringing some earplugs from home.

Great little hotel, centrally located in Naples. We were a bit worried about the remote check in as our flight was late at night and reception is not manned 24h, but it worked really well, chatting via what’s app with really clear instructions and remote door opening. Clean modern room in a mansion block on a Main Street - bring earplugs, Naples is busy and cobbled! They can order you a taxi back to the airport for 23euro, easier than the airport bus back by the station after a weekend walking and seeing the sights. Definitely recommend.

The best in the specific hotel is their stuff which was very friendly....we felt like we were in our home. The location was also very good with the Metro a few meters far away! The stuff cleaned every day our room!!! At last I want to thank especially Toni for his quick help one afternoon that we had a problem with our WiFi. Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing. This review is delayed as the trip was back in August 2023, however I can remember a lovely lady with a beautiful and welcoming smile which allowed me and my guest to feel genuinely invited. There was also a gentleman that I met briefly but he was incredibly helpful and understanding over WhatsApp Messenger. Our flight and expected arrival at the hotel was late by almost 2 hours but the support in getting us booked into our rooms in seamlessly smooth and safe fashion was beyond expectations in my opinion.

Excellent location, close to metro station, easy to reach from airport / rail / sea terminal. Staff very friendly and understanding customers' requests or claims. Nice design of the rooms / breakfast area. Very comfortable bedding.

Despite a visible care on noise insulation, most of the rooms are not completely quiet, due to their windows facing Corso Umberto I, supporting a heavy traffic night and day. Building entrance not attractive and a bit tricky to find.

Very nice smallish hotel on one of the main streets, surprisingly quiet. Hotel is on the 2nd floor with some 10+ rooms. Very nice and friendly receptionist, though on the morning we were leaving the staff did not speak english but used google translator very efficiently. Room was very nice and clean, air conditioning worked well. Good choice for breakfast. Some 15 min walk from railway station, shops and restaurants close by. Recommend to choose something not so close to railway station

There is no 24 hour reception nor personnel to good to inform your time of arrival in advance

Location, clean family room with separate bathrooms and spacious rooms with good air conditioning. Close to a garage for parking your car and walking distance to the centre. Not a hotel but perfect wlfor a short stay with luggage storage facility Tony the manager was extremely helpful and responsive theough our stay.

Sofa bed was a bit soft.

would definitely stay here again; we liked the large room, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, very good breakfast and excelent coffee (including the coffee machine in the room). AC working well. Good position, close to center and port, subway station 2 minutes away. Special thanks to reception lady, very helpful with all info we needed!
