The hotel was located in a great area, on a nice boulevard, near the port ( 12-16 min walking) but also near the Railway Station ( 18 min walking), next to the historical city center. The staff was friendly, the cleaning service excellent. The room was large enough and we had a comfortable bed. Also we had a great view from the room, from the balcony ( although we didn't use the balcony too much, since there was constant street noise and you couldn't have a conversation there).

The hotel is located on a busy boulevard and this means there is constant traffic noise, even at night. For those who don't care and have a deep sleep it doesn't matter. But the truth is there is no silence, at all. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing room you should ask if they have something not facing the boulevard.

The hotel is located on the first and second floors of a residential building. We had a room with two lovely little balconies. The hotel is very close to the city center, just two metro stations from the train station (about 20 minutes). It's a good spot, but it's better to plan visits to attractions ahead of time, as strolling through crowded, not-so-clean streets isn't the most pleasant. The breakfast was included in the price—although not very varied, it was decent. The staff was very friendly. On the day of check-out, we left early, before the scheduled breakfast time, and asked for a light snack. They kindly served us excellent coffee and some pastries.

Nothing much to say except that the soundproofing was mediocre and the bathroom a bit cramped.

Room was very spacious and the bed was wide. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early and were prepared to wait until check in time, but was immediately shown to the room. Transport to and from the central train station was short and easy. And walking to the historic city centre was short, but still so far away that you don’t get bothered too much with the big amount of tourists. Breakfast was included and the staff prepared coffee of your choice fresh!

Nothing really :) a bed light that didn’t work but nothing that tainted the overall experience.

The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of hot and cold foods and coffee prepared to order. The breakfast room was cheery, although the TV running was distracting. I don't prefer TVs while eating. The front desk staff was very helpful in calling taxis and answering questions.

Pink is the accent color everywhere, which is a bit of a shock at first, but we grew accustomed to it. As with many smaller hotels, the entrance is a non-descript door with a buzzer, and the reception is up a flight of stairs.

My room was lovely. Lots of little extras (slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush). It faced a quiet street, so nice and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of food choices, and friendly staff to prepare the beverages. Roberta at the Front Desk was fabulous. She was so helpful with information on public transport and attractions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She is a real asset to your hotel property. If I visit Naples in the future, I will definitely stay at Hotel Nunu again.

The staff was helpful and friendly with our numerous questions/requests. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city. There was a small but lovely common room.

Everything was very pink. Once we got used to it we didn’t mind, but it was initially startling. As with many places in Naples, the hotel reception is not on the ground floor and it shares a space. So be prepared for a nondescript entry door with a buzzer for Hotel Nunu.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms where bright , providing a table, sofa chair , large bed, side lights , balcony , spacious bathroom, safe and Tv The staff were very friendly. Breakfast supplied was cold meats , fruits and small hot buffet section, provided fresh coffee every morning . Cold beverages available to purchase, Parking is available, valet parking at the cost of €40 per night, very good service. When car is wanted it arrives within 10 minutes Location is on a busy Main Street, 10 minute walk from main plazas and bars and food restaurant.

At times the room was noisy from the street traffic.

Room and furnishings, excellent,, with only one suggestion--bathroom really needs an exhaust fan--at least that we could find. We had a deluxe, corner room on the main floor. Quiet and convenient. The building lobby is really grungy==like an old Moscow apt building, not sure what can be done about that, as it is not exclusively the hotel's building. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfasts are terrific--many choices--especially the pastries, coffees, and fresh fruit.

We came to Napoli for two nights and I’ve booked this hotel here because of the reviews. Well, it is located in the middle of one of the main streets of Napoli so the location is good. If you are coming with a car, they have a car parking service, so don’t look for one yourself, just park in front of the hotel and go up to the reception and they will take the car from you. It will cost you between 30-40€ per day depending on the size of the car. The room was very small, the shower is too small! If you want to sit on the toilet you have to be very intuitive…. Since the toilet sit is almost on the sink!!! We were on the 1st floor, and the noise from the street day and night are thought, so if you are a lite sleeper.. think twice. Food was ok for breakfast, nothing was missing. I think it is more of a B&B and not a Hotel but… I think it is overpriced for this place…. And one last thing, it is too pink for me and I think for most people.

The size of the room - too small The bathroom is well… bad. The toilet and the bide should have switched places, you can’t sit on the toilet without being under the sink! Noise from the street all day long And it is too PINK.

The location was good, between two metro stations. The hotel staff was delightful and helpful, they know English and they were very kind. The room was clean. The cleaning staff cleaned it daily and changed the towels. The hotel is located in an apartment building, the building is clean and there is an elevator (a small one). The room had air conditioning, a safe, an iron, and more...

It isn't quiet and loud. I could hear the TV and the talking from the room beside me all night. The noise was also from the street: cars, airplanes, booms. The mattress was not comfortable. In my opinion, the breakfast is not worth it. It's limited but fine overall. Perhaps it's better to buy something else to eat at a cafe nearby. The price was very high for what I got and for Naples.
