The room was nice for the money but apparently it was for smokers so the smell for us not smoker was kinda bad

The door did not close , the table was broken, we could not flash the water in the toilet.

Party in the other rooms and there was another villa who is blocking the entrance and you couldn't find it.

I choose it only that It was on our way to Pompei and the price looked okey and had an AC (working, but very noisy)

Toilet - sounds like a horrible dying thing. So loud and noisy after each flush. The hotel was having a party - music until midnight or even more... music so loud, that even could not sleep with earplugs a d had to go to the receptionist to ask when the fest will finish! The receptionist looked drunk! Also, the normal EU plug does not fit in! The whole hotel was so smelly because everyone smokes inside. Never ever come back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that goes on in the entire hotel. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear everything on 2nd, 1st, and ground floor. That includes whatever happens in the other hotel rooms. It was a super cold room, it states it has an AC, and it does, but you have no way to turn it on. So, yeah. The site states it gives you toilet supplies. You get two rolls of toilet paper and a tablespoon of shampoo and conditioner per person (for a week). Mind, you get no soap, as in normal hand soap. Zero. There is no warm water at all, zero. There is so much noise at night from the outside making it impossible to relax and sleep. The room is dirty, there is no WiFi and a poor cellular signal. The bed is like a brick. There aren't *that* many free parking spots. So if you want a spot you better not leave too often.

Nothing the smell is awful and the room wasn’t clean we ended up leaving and we didn’t get a refund. It was the worst hotel ever! Don’t stay there.

The worst smell in the world in the room and the bathroom. There is not shower in the bathroom and no cover seat!!! Everything was unsanitary! The walls were dirty and under the bed we found some evidence that there were bugs. It’s smell really bad and dirty and on top of that that was a chemical smell, probably some bugs repellent that made us cough all night. It was so disgusting.

The directions that they sent in email took us to a field, we tried calling for directions but the number was wrong and the person gave us another number to call, when we called the man was not at all helpful and he told us to send a screenshot of our booking on WhatsApp but then never responded. We eventually found the property on Google maps. On checking in the receptionist was not very polite or friendly and couldn't find our booking for some time, eventually she handed us a key with no direction to the room. The place is in very poor condition and dirty, the window frames are rotting and you can't close them properly so when the club is on downstairs it's pretty annoying and the mosquitoes can come in too. Of the two power outlets in the room, one doesn't work at all, the plug just falls out. The bath was dirty with hair in it, the bed sheets have holes and there's a leak in the bathroom floor, oh and no toilet seat! On the second night we got back from the town and had to ring the bell to get inside, the man who opened the door was very unpleasant and racist towards my husband who is African, when we wanted to go outside he demanded that we leave our key with him, we didn't feel comfortable with that and decided to come back a few minutes later and the man was even more unpleasant, he dropped the key In front of me on the desk and walked away, my husband tried to ask him why he wouldn't let take our key out with us but he started getting agitated so we just went back to our room. Not a nice place at all, not a good atmosphere and certainly not nice people!

The staff did their best under the poor circumstances.

OMG! This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. When we checked in they neglected to mention there would be a function partying until early morning. The room they gave us was directly above the party and only relocated us to a different room around 1am after several complaints. The location itself has a very unsafe feeling. BEWARE!!!

Cancelled as soon we stepped in. Dirty, un light, no working air-condition, shower is between tiolet and bidet, not even shower curtain.

Nothing, the location was far far far away from Napoli where there were no public transportation and no attraction at all! Also there was extremely noisy during the night because they have events like weddings in the same building!
