Very handy for Naples airport. A modern hotel with a party vibe. Staff accommodated a room change without problem. Our initial room overlooked the pool which was pleasant until bedtime when a private pool party started and the music went on until 1am.We had requested a quiet room but even in 3rd floor it kept us awake. Staff kindly also provided a cold breakfast for us on the morning of departure as we had to go to airport very early before dining room opened. Pool area is luxurious with plenty of loungers and shaded booths, but it closes at 6 every day to accommodate private parties.

Situated on a busy road

Beautiful accommodation. Pool and facilities were immaculate and lovely to spend time at. Breakfast was lovely. Ate at the restaurant at night with the set menu and the food was delicious. Staff were really friendly and kind. We had to alter our stay to one night due to car trouble and they were very accommodating and didn’t charge us which was much appreciated. The room was huge, very spacious. Air con excellent and quiet. It was by the highway but you could not hear the sound as rooms are soundproofed. Beds were really comfortable. Great accommodation. Wish we had stayed longer.

Nothing. Everything was great

The room was clean, cleaning every day. The hotel has electric vehicle charger, though it’s a bit tricky to start it, especially if you’re not local and have no PEC, big pool area.

The breakfast was good, but not various. The choice of breakfast could be wider. The hotel uses plastic glasses which is not friendly to environment. The walls of the room are very thin, you can hear noise from corridor and surrounding rooms. Parking spots next to EV charger were always occupied by hotel staff’s ICE vehicles, however they moved them, when asked.

Wonderful location if you are looking place for relaxing and enjoying weather. Luxury hotel. All details in the interior with a lot of love and attention. For the value of money I don’t think so that possible get better. Far from Naples but if you have car it’s no problem. We was without car. Used taxi from Naples centre (costed 80eur), but in the hotek we stay 2 days so don’t spend so much. Hotel price is very very good, breakfast are perfect and included and for dinner we went to the hotel restaurant. Restaurant is very good and prices are friendly. In day time we used bar and snacks. If you planning in advance without car just take some extra snacks instead of dinner. Wonderful experience.

We loved everything. There is events next to swimming pool in the evening until midnight. I am sleeping well so for me it’s not a problem. My BF using phone until the midnight so for him it’s not a problem as well.

Very clean property, once inside the gate you felt like you were in a different location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a real positive. No issues with sun loungers and lots of different spaces. The pool bar was great for lunchtime and very reasonably priced. 

The location isn’t a holiday destination, but it is very easy to get to and once inside the gates you don’t feel like you’re in the area where the hotel is located. The rooms could be updated and the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger. 

The hotel is close to the overpass, but perfectely insulated from noise. Completely silent traffic. The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast was varied, for every taste. Exellent cappuccino. There was selection of fruits, sweet dishes, eggs, sausages, chrispy bread… Tasefully decorat hotel in marble style.

Delicious food, good bar, overall great experience.

Upon checking in, the front desk employee took a picture of our passports on his personal smartphone. What if he misuses my personal data? Or loses the smartphone with my personal data? Who will be responsible in case of identity fraud? Please instruct your staff on how to properly deal with sensitive data.

Breakfast was good. Staff always smiling and friendly. The beds were comfortable.

When we were going to sleep the sounds from the event from the swimming pool were not bothering us, but the sounds from the TV in the next room did.

Don't let the motorway put you off as you can't hear it in the hotel. The decor is lovely. The restaurant looked fab and the food was lovely plus waiter was so nice translating the menu for us. Room nice got all facilities. Man at reception was also very helpful.

Didn't much like balcony as shared with everyone on your level.

Room was enormous and very clean. Hotel staff wee friendly and accommodating, had to check in at short notice due to flight cancellation and they couldn't have made things easier.
