This hotel was clean, well-organized, and had a large private parking area which is a big plus in Naples. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. They were beyond helpful, kind, and professional. I especially want to thank the maintenance man who helped me fix my car window after it was broken. Thanks to him, I was able to safely continue my trip the next day. That level of support and kindness really touched me it was honestly the highlight of our journey. Huge compliments to the entire team! Excellent breakfast!!!

furniture is quite old, had a cigarette smell in a room tricky to reach Naples if you are without a car as there is no public transport nearby.

The staff were nice. Some could not speak English, but I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and Google Translate when needed. I loved that I could order breakfast as room service using a QR code and ordering on my phone. They could accommodate gluten free for the croissant only, and had soy milk as an alternative to regular millk. However, I wish there was protein served at breakfast! There were no options for that. The room was great and spacious. There is a patio, black out curtains, a nice shower, and cold air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised to stay at a nice hotel at an affordable price. I chose this place because of free parking and the price, and would stay here again! Thank you!

Noisy air condition.

Traveled to Italy for work at the Naples Navy base. We stayed here at Hotel Vogue for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a decent location from the busy downtown Naples. If you're not use to how people drive in these small towns you're in for a surprise. LOL. We will stay here again for the next work trip to Italy.

What a gem of a find. Do not let the two stars deter you. There is no way this hotel is only 2 stars. It is 4 stars!! Rooms are huge, we had the junior suite due to free upgrade offered through booking.com. Huge spa in our room, stunning bathroom, balcony, room service, fantastic fresh breakfast. Beautiful, helpful hosts. You must stay here. Little bit of a walk to restaurants. Parking included and very safe behind a boom gate.

Nothing - loved everything.

Breakfast excellent, although plastic plates not good for the environment, and dining space limited (although never an issue as many others choose to breakfast in their rooms). The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean.

It is really better to have a car, as noone walks anywhere, there are no pavements and it's quite far from the station.

The place is a little dated, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was clean and lots of hot water. Air-conditioning worked well. Good value for th money

Being from the States, the staff was very helpful with so many of our questions about the area and places to eat. The room was very nice, clean, and with modern conveniences. Loved the walk-in shower! And at a great price!

The only "problem" we really had, being non-smokers, was the faint smell of old stale cigarette/cigar smoke in our room. And one little thing, the WiFi was on the weak side. Regardless, we would definitely stay again!

It is super clean, easy to reach with a car and easy to park. The shower is fantastic and the bed is really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Do not let the two star rating put you off. Great amenities close by
