The hotel and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was a lovely, with lots of sun beds and warm showers. A nice selection for breakfast both hot and cold, could be busy before 8am so go down a little later to miss the rush. Antonella and Cinzia on reception were extremely helpful, advising us on the local area and transport options, which was a great help. The waitresses at breakfast, housekeepers and Clara at the pool bar were all so friendly and helpful. All the team at the hotel were professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. The perfect place for a relaxing break.

We were a little disappointed with the location, as the transport links into Naples were not within walking distance. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the local train station or local taxis. Nowhere really to walk to in the evenings. But the hotel more than made up for these issues

Poor breakfast and breakfast staff should be little bit more kind and polite 🤌 Gulietta (not sure about the name, but something like this) lady at the reception was exceptional and very helpful. They have free of charge taxi to the nearest train station that may take you to the city centre, however taxi services they are using in the hotel should be changed, as they are not professional at all. I do understand this is external company, so not blaming the hotel at all. In general positive feedback 👌

we just coincided with tour of school children for 4 nights, they were making lots of noise all night but it is completely understandable because children are always deserve to be happy and to have fun, what could have been done for the hotel management is to inform us in advance, my suggestion is for the future school trips, please plan one floor for them and another for other guests. Thanks for everything

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the main reason why we gave 8 out of 10. The pool was nice. The free shuttle was really helpful. The room was spacious and generally clean. The cost of the hotel was excellent for what you get. Definitely worth a stay despite my negatives! The negatives are there to just give constructive feedback to the hotel. It is far out but with the shuttle, it was a 40 min train into Naples. Very easy to achieve especially if you are driving like us. Nobody wants to drive into Naples... Look at the car parked there to see why lol.

The shower wasn't really a shower and the bath needs a deep clean. The Aircon didn't really work at night for some reason making sleep very uncomfortable in extreme heat. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Really struggled to sleep here. Aircon, showers and pillows need a look at. However, overall the hotel was lovely and I would stay again... Might just bring my own pillow and a fan.

The biggest adventage is of course a big swimming pool where you can really swim. The room was cleaned every day. Both the room and the beds were very comfortable.

They should add more fresh vegetables and fresh bread to the breakfast because now they only give you very poor tomatos.

Hotel premiere was a lovely hotel. It was very clean, the pool and surrounding area was spotless. We ( a family of 5) well and truly enjoyed out stay and spent a majority of the time splashing about in the pool. It was great value for money. ( the whole area seems considerably cheaper than naples/florence. The staff were very accommodating.. The cleaning staff in particular were very friendly. We really feel like we got a bargain.

Let me start by saying The hotel itself was great 👍 I would however recommend you have a car hired if wish to see the area Properly. There didn't seem to be much taxis available. But this was down to lack of research on our behalf 😕 the beach area is great with an array of cafes etc.. just the route from the hotel to the beach was a little rough 😬 😕 about 15mins walk. Other than the hotel and beach there wasn't much else we could do without a car. But this suited us fine 🙂

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Cinzia on reception who gave us some great tips for discovering the delights of the area. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient

On the weekend the pool area was very busy, but I guess that's to be expected in the summer time. Some teething issues in the restaurant in the evenings, but the hotel were fantastic in response to this

The hotel is in a remote area, to go to the center you need a taxi or shuttle bus to liquola station 20 mins . Also the staff in the reception are friendly however they don’t always provide a full information about tours and activities. We had to find out ourselves. No sound isolation.

The swimming pool was good, the room and the breakfast were good enough. We had lunch and was ok.

Air conditioning was poor and it was very hot during the day and at night, it was difficult to sleep. A bulb was not working, where the suitcases were so we had to use the iPhone light to get clothes out of suitacses. It was mentioned to the receptionist but nothing was done.

Good location easy to find. Plenty of parking. The staff were exceptional so helped, friendly and around brilliant. Great breakfast. Lovely pool.
