We loved the facility, the pool and spa and amazing grounds and view. We are now in Capri and my daughter is begging me to take her back to Mezzatore! We definitely should have stayed at least two nights there and fewer in Capri. We miss you guys!

Pricing of food was a little high for portions but we didn’t mind paying it to support the overall facility (plus the fact that the thermal spa was included in the room price was very generous and appreciated). Also very much appreciated the snacks for us in the room and that non-alcoholic drinks were included.

There are not enough stars to rate this place. Everything about it is extraordinary - building, rooms, design, food, view, atmosphere. The kindness and warmth of everyone who works at Mezzatorre turn this place into a little paradise. This is something really special. All I can say is: thank you and see you soon!

We just got back from a week at the Mezzatorre and cannot wait to return. Everything about this place is truly luxurious. The breathtaking setting, the absolutely delicious food and drinks, the elegant and very comfortable rooms/beds - but as many others state, it's the service that sets this hotel apart. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, so professional, and so good at their craft. From the moment we arrived Francesco made us feel welcome, and throughout the week the staff at the pool area, the restaurants and front desk went out of their way to ensure everything was just right. We've never experienced this level of service before and it blew us away. We'll be highly recommending the Mezzatorre to anyone who will listen! We enjoyed every moment at the hotel, and also really enjoyed the walk (or shuttle) into Lacco Ameno. It's a charming town and it's so nice to have it within easy walking distance of the hotel. Thanks so much for such a great week, we will be back!

Beautiful, comfortable room. The thermal spa is a very special experience and is included in the price of the stay. The grounds and the surrounding nature are gorgeous. The dining (La Torre and La Baia as well as the apertivo bar) is truly exceptional. The team is unbelievably attentive and warm. We loved our stay.

The hotel was beautiful. Location on the sea was incredible, staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. It is super relaxing to visit and a really super experience.

We had children in a room near us and they were quite loud in the hall outside our room. Nothing the hotel could do about that and it was really only an issue in the day time. We also would have loved to explore more of the island but it is a little remote. They offer a great shuttle to the nearest town but anywhere else is a bit of hassle. It makes the hotel a great destination to go to and stay at and enjoy the facilities but a little trickier if you want to see and do other things.

We chose the hotel as a special treat for a family birthday celebration. Everyone loved it. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful location overlooking the sea. Staff were absolutely amazing - very friendly and professional and had an ability to remember details about you and lend a helping hand. Lovely swimming pool and deck by the sea where had lazy, relaxing days. Loved having evening drinks on the terrace. Food was excellent. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed visits to other places on the island incl. Giardini la Mortella (beautiful!) and Castello Aragonese, plus a boat trip to Procida and evenings eating out in Forio and Lacco Amenna. The staff were very helpful in making arrangements and bookings.

The room was smaller than we had expected and although called a double with sea view we didn't have a great view of the sea because of the trees. Cocktails and food prices were very expensive but recognise that paying for the setting and quality.

the property makes you feel like you’re in a movie, very dreamy and picturesque. I really loved the location and service was top notch! the breakfast options were nice and had some gluten free options.

the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities could be SOOOO much better, we were really REALLY disappointed with it especially that it is a five star resort. The spa needs a bit of redecorating and wasn’t up to bar to what it is. we had a big issue with bugs, spiders and ants, a bug repellent plug was given to us but it was certainly not enough to keep them away!

the property was on a beautiful quaint part of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. The views and location are stunning as you feel you are at your own private oasis. The service and attention to the customer was unparalleled

you have to take a taxi or car to go pretty much anywhere- this can be both a positive and a negative as you are at your own private oasis.

Absolutely incredible! From the moment you arrive, you are wowed by the tower, the beautiful pool, the sun beds hugging a private bay. The hotel and facilities are incredible but it is the stuff who really make the difference. They constantly bring you water, icy poles, fresh juice, drive you in golf carts around the property or down into town, always friendly and polite. The breakfast is incredible (albeit watch out for pesky seagulls trying to steal bread or cheese!). The thermal baths (four of them) are amazing and are a must each day. The food is very good (but expensive) so you easily have the option of a drink or two at the hotel and take a taxi close by, or the free shuttle into town. We loved our time and hope to return soon!

The seagulls are breakfast, and for afternoon drinks, were a distraction trying to constantly swoop and steal food from you!

The staff and location were the highlight of this hotel. Perched on top of a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean the view is breathtaking>. Staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive. This is really a special hotel on a very beautiful island

Our room was a bit of a trek to the facilities. If you have mobility issues you should ask for a room closer to restaurant and pool area.
