I absolutely love the staff here. They are all so kind, so patient, and really make you feel like family. My husband and I really had a beautiful time here, and we loved our room. We didn't like that the room was right at reception, but we still had a lovely stay.

I'm not sure if this really has anything to do with the hotel itself. But we rented a car with a company that works with the hotel. We were very disappointed with the car. The check engine light was on, the car shook like crazy, and it kept rolling backwards. Idk it didn't feel safe at all, and we paid 250 dollars. I feel like it was really pricey.

Friendly stuffs and cleanness of room! Especially the front desk lady Giussi ( if I spelled correctly), a tall guy with glasses and a lady with short hair at restaurant are extremely attentive and friendly. Thank you for your all wonderful people who have been care for us during our stay. 💕😎

Only thing maybe could get approved is if there a small reserved area for kids to play football. This hotel is pretty family oriented and lots of kids stay there with their parents, kids make friends instantly and want to play together. It’s just my personal preference!

the staff were exceptionally friendly, and helpful. Location was good in a quieter area of Forio, and very close to the beach.

I felt the breakfasts could of had more healthier choices, such as fruit salads, a few more options of eggs, such as poached eggs. Also, some better quality bread and fresh fruit juices would have been preferable than what was offered. But i appreciate that it was not an expensive hotel, so maybe they were keeping cost of breakfast low?

it was great location for a wedding we were going to, 20-25 min walk into town , 15 min walk to beach Altho only 10 min walk to a small beach and 3 restaurants.

breakfast was until 9.30 but needed to be there by 9 latest. no menu for what cooked breakfast so didn’t really know what you could have. was disappointed that we couldn’t book 2 x single rooms through booking.com for an extra night we needed and hotel then charged a lot more after quoting us cheaper price only few weeks earlier. but our 2 grown up children loved their rooms which were located in separate building at back of pool .

Fantastically clean and great location. A perfect distance to the beach and the town of Forio (around 1km). I’d very much recommend it

My only criticism would be that we only received one small bottle of water on arrival - it would be really appreciated to have access to some filtered water / a water fountain or similar in the reception at least.

Sauna wasn’t working and I was always wet from the pool when I checked so didn’t know who to tell. Would have liked pool towels in the room

Quiet, comfortable, A/C worked well. Breakfast was great.
