Very friendly, hospitable staff at the reception. They accommodate every wish, even changing rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day. They have an extremely beautiful garden, so it is pleasant to sit on the terrace of the room in the evening. The location is exceptional, everything is within walking distance, both the beach and the center of Forio. I would definitely say that the accommodation is a top choice, also in terms of location, if you want to visit the island of Ischia. Maybe they could improve the breakfast service a little. Sometimes salami, cheese and tomatoes ran out, but then they bring it when you ask. Generally they cater to all wishes, so no problem.

A wonderful hotel, great landscaped gardens, very well located, reasonably close to shops and restaurants. The beach is at the end of the road. The pool is excellent. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help us with queries and requests. Very accommodating.

The rooms are basic, but overall, fine. Breakfast is one area that could definitely be improved with more variety. The coffee was very good though!

Absolutely LOVED this property!!! For a family of 4 with children, it was perfect!!! Staff was super helpful with directions and anything else we inquired about. Easy to get coffee and water bottle at reception (this was a plus!) Perfect location! Close to beach, city center, restaurants, fruit market, bus stop and many more. Would go back here in a heart beat! If we ever go back to Ischia this is definitely the place we would stay at.

Wifi in room wasn’t super, however, once we were out on our terrace it worked well.

The Hibiscus hotel has a very high standard of service and excellent staff who make your stay enjoyable. The gardens are well maintained, and the pool is located amongst the ambience of the hotel .I recommend this hotel to all holiday makers to Forio , Ischia . The hotel location is very close to the beach and Ischia , restaurants, bars and shops.

This hotel is hidden gem! It is just 10 minutes walking distance from the old town, the restaurants and the beach. The hotel has two clean and very relaxing pools with different temperature and beautiful garden. It is located on a small hill, away from the street noise.

A coffee machine in the room would be great.

Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was big and a nice place to hangout in the late afternoon. The city center is 5 mins down the road with tons of shops and places to eat.

Need to get English TV stations or netflix package.

This place has a superb location - it's in a quiet spot, from the yards you can see the sea and a bit of a sunset, the surroundings are quiet and yet one is in few minutes in the center of the town or on the beach, bus stop is just down the street. The hotel has nice small pools (one cold, one warm)and beautiful lush gardens. The staff was very friendly and polite and accommodating. I think is one of the better locations on the island since Forio is alive and charming little town with amazing sunset. Almost all rooms are ground floor, a bit like bungalow, with a sun umbrella and table and chairs in front and a place to dry wet beach stuff which was very good.

Decore and furniture in the bathroom and the room are a bit outdated, old and the rooms are not soundproofed. I always sleep with earplugs so for me all was good.

Excellent location (walking distance to Forio town and beach both slightly more than 5 minutes)! The complex itself is nice, has a pool and each room is a small villa. It is clean. Marco from their staff was very lovely and helpful.

I think the beds could be updated and more information given on check in regarding tours, local tips etc. The breakfast was not great either. That said the value, location and standard of the hotel more than make up for this.

Beautiful gardens and lovely swimming pool area. Staff generally very friendly, especially the breakfast coffee/tea lady. Lovely views from the breakfast room.

This place is a paradise, absolutely fantastic! Great services, friendly approach, beautiful accommodation, amazing nature, just divine!
