Nice thermal bars included in the price. Pool area was small, but also very nice.

The sign in the bathroom that says don’t drink the water was near the toilet instead of the sink so we didn’t see it until we had already drunk the water. No one told us at check-in to not drink the water. Even though you can’t drink the water, there were not even complementary water bottles waiting for us our first day of check-in. I think you should get one bottle per person per day. It said it had a mini bar but the refrigerator barely stayed cool and it was empty.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hermitage hotel as it was close to the beach nd shops. The staff was super friendly and helpful;. The room was lovely with a little balcony, and the breakfast was good.

I like the spa facilities and the fact that it was free for people staying at the hotel. I also enjoyed the pools and the facilities. The hotel is very very beautiful!

Lovely location on the island with a bus stop right in front and the ferry port: ischia Forio line. Very convenient! The massage offer was appreciated and the staff is great!! View from the room was worth it !

For future stay, an easier access to drinkable water would be even better and no plastic glass for breakfast but the helpful staff were here to make our stay a success!! Facilities are limited because of winter: only a little pool open, unfortunately. Will come back in summer !

Breakfast was great and with a good variety. Location was excellent also because close to public transport. The hotel is a thermal hotel ! Great Maitre Salvatore is a true professional and has a strong relationship with customers

Great location! Great staff to ask for advice, yes a wee bit dated the colour and rooms but great price, great location and three pools! We will definitely recommend this hotel!

If I had to really dive into it, breakfast could be better and an option for real coffees not just machine.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was awesome.

The host was very friendly and helpfull. We felt very welcome. The host also helped us rent a scooter. The hotel has a great and big hottub which we used for quit some time.
