Amazing hotel with beautiful garden, thermal and freshwater pools. Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Breakfast was good. There is an option to have lunch or dinner, by reservation and which I would highly recommend- appetizers, main course and desert was delicious!

The location is perfect! The pools are great! The breakfast is amazing! The local wine is very good and worth trying. And homemade jam👍 The girl at the reception was an outstanding professional ( multilingual, knowledgeable and extremely helpful ❤️). And the host ( Maria) provides the guests with very useful advice, which really helps make the stay comfortable and feel cosy.

The bar is definitely overpriced except the local wine. No additional towels for the pool, no bathrobe, no slippers( in the 4-star hotel( Actually, they are given for additional fees in the spa , which we got to know by chance(

The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and offers many choices, but it skews sweet like most Italian breakfast does. The pool is fantastic. The room is large enough, as is the bathroom, and we were upgraded to a sea view which was great.

The bed is VERY firm, to the point of being uncomfortable at times.

Hotel was spotless and great views. Staff were incredible, helpful, friendly. Already talking about going back next year. Pool was great and thermal pool good for the skin.

Food in restaurant was good but preferred to walk a little or head to Forio for something different. Hard to find faults we really loved it.

Staff super friendly and always available for questions, requests and suggestions. The room was big, clean, with a very nice garden. The hotel has two swimming pool [plus one indoor] and an amazing terrace with parasols, deckchair and a wonderful view of the sea of ischia: unforgettable. The Hotel Terme Providence is located in a very good position: 15 minutes walking to reach the Poseidon and 15 minutes walking to reach the center of Forio. The staff -on demand- provided also transfer from and to Forio.

Our stay in the Hotel Terme Providence has been marvelous: it is really difficult to find something not perfect. In our room the Wi-Fi was not always super performing. But the Wi-Fi in common areas was perfect. The double bed was two single beds joined together, and a bit hard: comfort could have been better

Great views, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious and filling breakfast.

The music in the lounging area was a bit too loud. But as soon as we let the management know, the music was turned down.

the facilities are excellent, very clean, the views from the rooms as well as common areas are stunning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay in these perfect surroundings exceeds all you could expect. Oh and the food is really good as well.

The hotel is really lovely! Staff (a big family) there are super friendly and enthusiastic, always willing to help on any problems we had. they also organised a variety of events everyday. The Sunday disco is a good fun! Facilities are also very good, like a thermal pool there, and the shower is really strong and comfy. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We had a really impressive stay there and will definitely come back again! highly recommend.
