We stayed at Terazzina sul Tramonte for three nights in June and it was one of the best trips we've been on. This location is perfect for travelers that want a more quiet retreat as opposed to something busy in the port. Our hosts were absolutely lovely, even though we didn't speak great Italian they were extremely patient and helpful. We caught a few sunsets from the terrace, had lovely breakfasts with an amazing view of the sea, port and lighthouse. The room was very clean and beautiful in a more classic way. Great stay, we highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

Very nice hosts, even though they only speak Italian we communicated a lot. The apartment is a bit up the hill, so it's away from the very noisy main roads, but you have to walk a bit if you don't have a car. The terrace has a spectacular view, very good combo with the tasty morning coffees.

We loved everything about the apartment & setting. We especially loved the family feel of the place. Franco & Antonella could not do enough for us. The breakfasts were delicious & a great start to the day. Especially the zabaglione! Would happily return anytime & would highly recommend it to anyone. If you have walking difficulties it's not ideal as it is up a steep hill!

I had a wonderful time here! It’s located in a cute town on a hill, close to a beautiful Spa (Poseidón) +beach and nice (sunset) restaurants. Great place to rent a scooter and discover the island. I spend a few days on my own here and felt really home (although it was difficult to communicate). The Italian family (with a lovely grandson and 2 dogs) was so warm and welcoming. Breakfast (good coffee!) was my favorite moment of the day, with beautiful sea view and a quiet atmosphere. They even offered home made pasta and made it possible to check out a few hours later. Thanks for this experience and I’ll definitely come back!

Spectacular view, friendliness and good humour from the hosts, the room was most confortable and clean. We enjoyed and appreciated everything, the yummy breakfast, the coolness of the room after a hot day, the retro atmosphere of the bathroom, impeccably kept, the recommendations from the host and their stories about the island, and surely the beautiful view, especially at sunset. And Minu!

Everything was perfect, even the last steep bit of the road that takes you to Terazzina ended up having its charm and fun.

The hospitality was excellent. Despite a language barrier, the hosts were warm and welcoming bringing me espresso and biscuits on arrival then chilled watermelon in the afternoon whilst I admired the view from the terrace. The room was immaculate and it’s just a short walk to the beach or the catch the bus to Foria. This is a great spot and a really beautiful place unwind. Thanks for having me.

The hosts are very nice and friendly! The view is amazing from the terrace. Would recommend if you want an authentic stay in Ischia. We rented a scooter which made getting around easy. Be prepared for steep roads and hills as this location is up more in the mountain.

Stunning views and very warmful and cozy guests. A beautiful island, a real paradise on earth. Fantastic and full breakfast. I Will certainly not forget zabaione, guest offered me as an extra for breakfast, right in the day I became 30. And the cat and the dog that were a cute company. Just a bit hard to reach the apartment and park but that is the price of quietness and peace. We will definitely try to come back.

The only thing i disliked was that I can 1not come everyweek to the house. Rest was amazing

They are both exceptional hosts. You feel right at home. It's a beautiful, quiet location in the hills near Citara bay with a great view on the sunset. Nice room, great breakfast, good recommendations for the island... Highly recommended for a stay on Ischia.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely welcoming hosts who were very patient with our not-very-good Italian. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was beautiful and the room was large, bright and airy. You can watch the sunset over the water from the verandah outside the room too.
