Good location near Casa dell'Isola beach, hotel has free shuttle bus to Citara beach every 30min. It's placed in nice garden with great view from the terrasse. Pool was relaxing (don't forget cap). Music program in the evenings. Excelent food! Very helpful and friendly staff. Extra thanks to Gabriel and Landi 👍

Shower in the rooms could be more "modern" (if u don't have room in main building). We had room next to "big service room", So it was impossible to cool it down properly, even the aircon was running 24/7.

Termal pools, palms, a lot of flowers around the territory remind Mexican exotic style

I shared with the receptionist Maria some notices , do not put it here. They promise to fix it . Definitely come back next season, beaches nearby just fantastic!

when full this hotel facilities except the swimming pools would be unpleasant,but the food ,we had both breakfast and dinner was 9/10 for me the bar around the pool including the staff was10/10.

maybe the language from italian to english prevent a better outcome when we had the hair dryer in the bathroom of all places, blow when it was used ,so bad it blow all the fues both in our room and the whole landing ,I could go on .but I did burn my left hand and arm.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close enough to the seaside, with lovely views, especially from the restaurant. The level of cleaning was excellent. But most importantly, the staff was super nice and friendly, making our stay there exceptional. I would like to say a massive thank you to every single staff member, especially to Igor, Landi, and Gabriel, who made sure every single day we were greeted with a smile and genuine respect. I should admit that the staff working there made a huge difference to our brilliant experience there.

Clean, great room as we had a huge balcony in one of their junior suites, which was well worth paying the extra for.

Generally a lack of information about the facilities…. It’s a sprawling set of buildings over a large area and yet there was no map and explanation of where all, for example, the pools were.

charging so much for drinks (even water), no ATM (nearest in Forio)

I was amazed by the panoramic views.

I did not like the bed. There was two small beds united. Then I required one large matrase to deal with that. I was given.

The location offering sea views is great. Close to Poseidon Park. Half board meals are good and staff are friendly. Rooms are decent size.

Bit of drive out of Ischia port, best to take a bus which takes 30 mins once boarded. The hotel is ageing but gracefully so.

The staff in the restaurant Heidi and Holidays was so friendly and welcoming. Very efficient and made our stay. We also enjoyed the water aerobics.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

It was sometimes difficult to communicate in English (I don't speak Italian) with the staff.
