Absolutely in love with this hotel! Started the afternoon at the pool and continued late into the evening with such a breathtaking view of the sunset and the sea! Felt like an infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean, we had a lovely sea view. Nicely furnished, very minimalist, but offering the confort you need. The beds are comfortable too, with a firm mattress and 2 options for pillows. The breakfast is great, many options of sweets and pastry, but also salty - eggs, saussages, bacon and lovely tomatoes with basilico. There’s also a great selection of fruits available, which taste so great! Lots of space to enjoy outside - 2 thermal pools, lots of sunbeds, sun terrace, aperitivo area, where one can enjoy live music and sip a fresh drink made by Francesco. But the best of all, the hotel is only 100 m from the Citara beach and a 5 min walk from the Poseidon Thermal Park, which is a must see if you come to Ischia. Definitely coming back soon!

The only thing that can be improved is the coffee - I wish there was a proper italian machine for making a good espresso (and cappuccino) in the morning. Even for extra charge :)

The proximity to the Citara beach and Giardini Poseidon was the reason to book this hotel. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and we did not enjoyed the sea, but two days in Giardini Poseidon saved our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The rooms are rather small but you do not spend much time inside except in case of bad weather.

There is more a 3* plus than 4*. Although there is a thermal pool, no bathrobe were provided. No magnifier mirror in the bathroom, no conditioner or body lotion.

The hotel is located by Citara beach which is about 2.5km south of Forio town. A taxi ride will cost around 15 euros but buses are cheaper and there are plenty of them. Although quieter, there are plenty of restaurant options very close by and all of the ones we tried offered good food and service so you don't need to worry about having to get into Forio town to eat. Its a good base for exploring the island and there are plenty of buses. Hotel staff were very helpful and we arranged to hire a scooter which arrived exactly on time the next morning. You can easily walk from this hotel to the Poseidon Spa (recommended).

Dear Friends, let me call you that way, because only friends can create such constant extraordinary comfort, incredible cleanliness, the highest comfort, amazing friendliness and excellent services. This is the second year in a row that we have come and enjoyed all the guest privileges that you provide us with. Even compared to the wonderful holiday in 2023, we noticed many improvements in landscaping the area, increasing the range of products in the cafe, adding services in the form of renting robes and towels for the beach, free large umbrellas and even slippers. You can feel the skill and hard work of the entire team, led by the incomparable organizer Senor Giovanni. Special thanks to him for his friendliness and constant willingness to contribute in every possible way to a wonderful stay. Thank you for all your efforts. We hope to visit you again.

In this hotel it is impossible to deal with even the smallest defects

Location very good, easy to get around on public transport, area itself quite beach focused and chilled with some really nice restaurants just minutes from hotel Hotel itself very chilled and relaxed and has great pools. Good hot showers.Poolside lunches are nice with lots of fresh ingredients served in a lovely tree shaded area. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar staff excellent. On evenings when there was entertainment it was very good. Trumpeter was excellent.

Breakfast could be a little more varied. A little too much sweet pastry and cake possibly more fruit would have been better.

The location was great, fantastic landscape from our window on Citara Bay. Very few steps from the Poseidon Garden and Terme and from the bus station. The staff at the hotel was kind and helpful at all time. The room was lovely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, with many choices of sweet and savoury food. It was great to spend a week here. We highly recommend the place.

It was well-maintained and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. It was near a bus stop. It was affiliated with a good restaurant, Mollo 11, where you got a 15% discount, across the street. The setting was lovely. The pool was terrific! The hotel was quiet. Our room and patio were wonderful. Quiet. Nicely decorated. The staff was also very good.

The only falling-down was a very poor breakfast. Large cylinders of cereal like you’d get in a mid-western hotel. Congealed eggs. Lots of cakes, but none were tasty. Not what we’ve had at any other Italian hotel. I think it was a bit over-priced for it’s location, which feels a little honky-tonk. For example, the Della Baia included passes to Negombo, the water spa, as well as a beautiful, private beach set-up, and a good breakfast. You could get a small casa for 300 euros. We paid 284 euros.

Amazing hotel strategically located in Forio close to Poseidon park and the bus stop. Great clean facilities with a pool and multiple outdoor spaces where you can enjoy beautiful views and have a glass of wine etc. The hotel staff is very professional and attentive! My bday fell on the day we stayed in Ischia and the hotel Team upgraded our room (from window sea view to the balcony room with fantastic view! - see photo) and even offered welcome drinks! This hotel experience in Ischia was nothing short of perfection. With three immaculate thermal pools, a serene and relaxing atmosphere, and a welcoming, attentive staff, it offered the ultimate escape. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, adding to the sense of tranquility. A true haven for relaxation and rejuvenation—I can’t wait to return!

I celebrated my 60th birthday with 12 family and friends and we stayed at Hotel Punta Imperatore. It was the most wonderful experience. The hotel is positioned well with amazing views. Giovanni was so kind and organised a private boat tour of with fun skipper Antonio who was also our driver. We ate and drank well, danced, swam and saw the beautiful island of Ischia. The hotel was absolutely stunning! The staff were so kind, fun and always attentive. You can tell they love their jobs! Shout out to the wonderful Giovanni, Grazia, Lina, Andrea and Renato!
