Villa simentorrosso is a very special place. To start with basic information, cleanliness is 10/10 service 10/10, comfortability 10/10, location 10/10. View 10/10. If you have time to read the rest of my experience it’s below. It’s not just a place to sleep in but rather to experience. This accommodation is filled with lots of love from the family running it. I never stay In my hotels when I travel but this place has so much Italian energy that it makes you settle in comfortably. The place is surrounded by lots of vegetables like tomato, zucchini, fruits and they serve them for breakfast, from home made jams, and omg the best tomato I ever had in my life! Sun sets are really really nice from there. Balcony or pool area or directly from your room. The only hesitation I have is I didn’t stay here for 7 days to fully immerse in this wonderful place. Highly recommended and it should be a stop for everyone who wants to experience a true italian hospitality. 10/10

I booked a half board accomodation. For sure, what I liked the best was the quality of food and the way it was cooked with home grown vegetables and herbs. It was just absolutely delicious. Every day we could choose from a different menu (starters-main course-meat- fish-fruit and 🍨). The staff were friendly, Imma very communicative and always there for us, Gianni a great chef, and the mâitre Gennaro a very involving character and a really nice person. Last but not least I simply adored Imma' s mum's cakes in the morning. You can relax in the swimming with a wonderful view..

Everything was just perfect

I stayed here a few weeks ago. And I usually don’t leave reviews at the hotel but it was honestly amazing so it deserves it. You don’t see much of the area from the photos on booking so you get surprised when u get there. But I would say a good surprise. So much nature around. Perfect for pictures and videoes. The sunset is amazing from the pool area as well and as the hotel is so small and I went low season I got the pool for myself literally every single day. The point of my trip was to get some time for myself in calm relaxing surroundings. And the place was perfect for that. The people working there is also amazing. I was traveling alone and work with social media and the guy at the hotel helped me take all my pictures and videoes whenever I asked. And was being super nice about it. I was supposed to go to Napoli after 3 days but every single day I extended my trip another day as I enjoyed it so much there and that was also no issue at all for the people working there. You can take the bus everywhere just 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Last bus at night leaves at 00:30 tho. And taxi is like 15. But it’s super easy to get around. Overall you get so much more for the money you pay. Also their wine is super good!

The bed is a bit hard and you can hear everything throught the walls. But for me it wasn’t anything that bothered me considered the price you pay.

Great pool, very clean hotel, nice service, friendly staff, food was good and home-made, the waiter was very nice.

This place not only met but totally exceeded our expectations so we ended up staying 6 nights instead of 4 originally booked. The charming property is run by the sweetest family, from the kind and sweet Maria that makes the most delicious cakes for breakfast and funny Gennaro in the restaurant to the friendly and so accommodating receptionist, everyone was so hospitable that they made us feel at home. The room was sparkling clean with daily housekeeping, the most stunning view from the spacious terrace. We had breakfast (there are both salty and sweet options and excellent fresh coffee) and dinner at the property and everything we tried was delicious and made of the highest quality, fresh produce since they grow their own fruit and veggies. Last but not least, we really enjoyed hanging out at the spacious pool area which had a view at the sea and the fact that the nearest bus stop was only a few meters away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this charming villa for relaxing, peaceful vacations and a taste of the authentic italian way of living.

Big beautiful room with sea view, very clean and cozy, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, thermal pool, beautiful nature on the territory, bus stop nearby. We got much more then expected.

Gorgeous, family run hotel nestled up in the hills, with the mountains behind and sea views in front. Hotel shuttle bus runs visitors down to the sea, whilst the regular Iscian bus departs from just 3 minutes away. The pool is nestled amongst the hotel's garden with homegrown tomatoes, plums and figs forming part of the breakfast, along with a range of homemade jams and cakes. The owners genuinely care about your stay and bend over backwards to help. We loved our time there and would highly recommend.

This place is perfect! It’s a family-owned hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden that is within walking distance to the island’s largest thermal bath. It’s seriously magical. Stay here!

Amazing family hotel surrounded by lemon grove. Tasty breakfast and dinner (we ordered half-board). Always two main courses are available as options. Menu was changed every day and was always impressive. Very friendly and supportve management, attentive staff determined to make your stay careless. Very good pool with mineral water. As far as I undestand, all rooms have either sea view or mountain view. Excellent design of the rooms, all renovated. 15 minutes by feet to famous thermal spa Poseidon. Bus stop is just 5 min from the hotel, you can reach any point of interest on the island.

Hotel is located on the hill slope: it's good because of remoteness and striking views but might be also the problem as the ascent from the beach is rather steep and takes ~15 min.

The place is beautiful, very quiet and well kept. Staff is friendly and the service is amazing. Pool has an awesome view and the housewine is great!
