Panoramic views, absolutely beautiful. We upgraded to the junior suite with jacuzzi on the terrace. Absolutely fabulous. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a morning shower whilst overlooking the bay and mountains was fantastic Vincenzo and Alessia on the desk where so helpful. Close to Baccoli as we were going scuba diving in Baiae.

Need a car to access the property or you are reliant on taxis. The qr code to order room service only worked on the first day, after that we had to go down to order

Beautiful setting! Great staff! Breakfast was good. Great event location.

1. The room was not spotlessly clean - pillow case; mirrors had spots, which could have been changed or cleaned. 2. No lift to take luggage from car park to room. 3. The gate to the car park was closed and there door bell was not clear at night so we couldn’t get in until someone came out. 4. No shuttle bus to take us to town/airport - taxis are expenses and we had ti wait for long periods 5. No late bar or snack service/capability - mini bar had 2 bottles of water only.

The reception staff were amazing, they truly went over and above to make our stay extra special whilst the hotel was obviously very busy with an event. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept well. The restaurant had some lovely dishes for an evening meal, with an incredible view! Breakfast was good, all options seemed to be high quality. The hot tub on the top floor with panoramic views was particularly special! We would definitely return!

The bathroom was old and could do with modernising, although it was clean and worked well.

Very nice location, still in renovation in some of the areas but great overall facility. Beautiful view from the rooms overlooking the bay. Rooms feel fresh and new.

The saunas temperature could be better, and cleaned better. Jacuzzi needs to be protected with a cover in order to feel cleaner.

The receptionist was so helpful. We arrived late on Sunday. The hotel restaurant was closed, not the guy helped us order pizza using his own phone, and was so patient helping us sort out logistics for the following day.

It’s not their fault, but it’s not the best location to reach by foot. It’s only a 20 min walk, but it’s uphill on a road without a pavement. We could/should have taken a taxi.

The room was really cool, the lighting was spectacular and the views were breathtaking. Also the staff was very pleasant. The front office Poloa was so incredibly nice and helped me with arranging dinner/lunch and also getting a taxis to and from the archeology park. My trip was so much better because of her help.

Modernized and feels fresh. Breakfast is quite good with enough variety.

Parking can become a bit challenging when there is event at the restaurant. Music can be a bit loud until late.

The scenery from Hotel 11 Gabbiano is stunning and the facilities were great.

The restaurant only offers dinner service from 8pm - it would be great if it could be opened earlier, especially for guests that have travelled all day and are hungry.
