The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs, always greeted with a smile! The hotel is located on the main road, close to caffes , pizzerias and local shops. The highlight of the hotel was the restaurant downstairs '30 PassiD'Aqua' by chef Salvatore. Fantastic food, great service and a wonderful ambience with modern decor. It was excellent to have the convenience of arranging the hotel shuttle to get to major train station in Naples and other locations if you desired. Highly recommended, i would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Pozzuoli in the future.

I would have loved to have tea and coffee facility in my room. Nothing beats the coffee in Italy and having it from the bar downstairs was exceptional, however, i just like the convenience of having a kettle in the room for an early morning or late night option for tea or coffee.

I especially like the staff. They were kind, helpful, and generous. The rooms were clean, towels were sufficient, the bed was comfortable, close to the supermarket, the sea view was wonderful, the employees spoke English adequately, and the lighting was adequate.

I couldn't open the window much because of the flies. There were some ants, large and small, in the room. The bathroom door was leaking water because it did not close completely. Since I don't have a car, I wanted it to be close to the train stop. But since the train stop that seemed near to me was closed, I had to walk 20-25 minutes each way every day.

The environment was beautiful. The location of the hotel itself consisted of an extremely stunning view of the sea and was quite convenient because of the restaurants around. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well run. The size of our room was perfect and modern decoration. The staff was amazing, always there to help and efficient in their work.

The breakfast could be better, however that could be a personal preference.

The breakfast is wonderful. The view from our room and balcony is exceptional (Superior Room Accommodation with sea view).. The restaurant on the site is really good and elegant. The beds are comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Parking lot secure and large. 20 minutes walking distance to the port. The hotel has also an inexpensive taxi service on demand. There is a famous award winning pizzeria just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and an inexpensive aperitif outdoor bar across the street with an amazing 360 view of the gulf. Impressed with the Spritz aperitif/appetizers there!

The hotel has recently been refurbished and is clean, smart, and very welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The room was very comfortable, our bags were brought up to the room when we checked in, the bed was super comfy and the shower was AMAZING! We really enjoyed our stay for the night and will definitely be back if we visit the area again.

Their breakfast buffet was poor and didn't look fresh, and no extra milk options, I.e. soya milk, etc. Just a few small suggestions: •add somewhere to put toothburshes in the bathroom •change the bathroom doors (atleast in the room we stayed in) it was very revealing, so we didn't have very much privacy in the bathroom •The hanging space for clothes was 8a little uncomfortable but, still really nicely redone!

The room was very clean and modern. The cleaning staff does a great job. The staff is helpful and courteous.

The location is at least a 15-20 minute walk to anything. The city bus system is confusing and very inconsistent

Stylish room, well-lit, comfortable bed. Bathroom good, and very good shower. Nice to have a balcony. Has aircon, but wasn't needed. Very clean. Handy to have a restaurant on site which we used one night. Very good restaurant within 100 metres called Vente Due, which is very high end, but well worth paying for. Staff all friendly and helpful enough. Breakfast quite good all things considered.

quite a lot of road noise as it was directly facing the main road. pillow comfort was not great. Not great insulation from neighbouring rooms, and people passing in the corridor. Bit far out of Pozzuoli, especially on foot, though bus stop adjacent if you are able to use the bus. Hotel seems to be an event hotel, and in our case it was used by a tour group which made it extremely noisy in the morning, and difficult to be served breakfast.

It was clean and the breakfast was great (the lady behind the bar was very nice). I loved the frittata. The parking is very affordable and there are many cameras around the hotel.

The detergent smell was generally too strong for me. My bathroom door didn't ensure privacy because it didn't close entirely.

Everything was fine, staff was nice. Lovely people, excellent food. Wonderful view of the sea. You can admire the sunset from the room.

What could be added to the hotel's offer is the possibility to rent a bike or a car. There are long distances in Pozzuoli. Of course walking is nice and there is nothing wrong with that, but the buses don't come on time, so renting a car would be better.
