It’s an old building perfectly refurbished, with very big rooms, almost suite, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast. The hotel is over very ancient roman pools that is possible to see from a room underground with transparent floor. Just ask to the lady at breakfast. It’s an experience itself: only guest can visit the ancient roman ruins underground. Another experience is to have breakfast in a spectacular balcony with a wonderful wiew of the full Pozzuoli gulf as well as the “macellum “ roman ruins. Very amazing experiences.

Nothing bad.

The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The rooms were extremely spacious Almost like an entire apartment. Housekeeping was great

Breakfast was ok. Amazing view though. The AC in the room that we stayed in was in the living room and so the bedroom felt super warm always even though we had left the AC on. The room had a small kitchen with a functional stove, microwave etc but no utensils or vessels. Would have been nice to have some spoons, a bowl, some plates and cups if you would like the guests to avail the kitchen facility.

Denise was a pleasure to meet as she greeted me with a smile. This was my first solo trip and the location and staff made me feel safe. The only negative was the bed felt a little firm compared to what I’m used to. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the great service, its ease to get to transportation, and cleanliness! Thank you Denise and staff! Hopefully I didn’t leave any bad luck behind after crossing that red eyed dog lol

Loved the friendliness of the staff - the man who checked me in was exceptionally helpful! Teresa in the breakfast room - a true hostess! Breakfast was enough. The room was spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the port from the breakfast terrace. I loved staying here. Grazie.

Parking situation - but that is a problem anywhere in Italy…

Staff very friendly and bed was very comfy. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was nice too. Could see whole of Bay of Pozzuoli for the breakfast terrace.

Everything. Literally everything. The room was large, bright and comfortable. The personnel was super friendly, they helped us a lot with all our needs. And the location is so beautiful. Two steps away from the macellum, aka temple of Serapide (although it is not a temple). I am super happy about the hotel!

The place was great, the room was very nice and big, the location was perfect.

The shower was not working really good, but we told the staff and they said they were going to take care of it.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Comfortable and spacious room with fast and reliable wifi.

They should have tea and coffee in the room considering the price...

at breakfast at the roof top terrace, there was always workmen hanging around whilst your having your breakfast the Wi-Fi was terrible as it had thick walls so had to use my phone outside to get a good signal
