We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Oasi Castiglione, a truly peaceful and refreshing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our time there. A special thank you to Adele, Francesca, and the gentleman operating the funicular, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this beautiful spot in Ischia.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the restaurant experience. While the food was good, a few of the staff made light remarks that came across as slightly unprofessional. It didn’t affect our overall enjoyment, but it’s something that could be improved to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel

The room was very comfortable with plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient for charging our devices. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an overall pleasant stay, but there was a significant issue with the funicular service. On the morning of our departure, we couldn’t find the funicular operator, which forced us to climb the stairs with our luggage. Thankfully, we didn’t have much baggage, but it could have been a problem if we had several heavy suitcases. This situation could easily lead to missing a ferry or a flight.

Our room was lovely, with marvellous sea view and lots of space. The thermal pools were bliss. The staff made sure we we were allocated sunbeds that were in the sun all day. We just relaxed there all day. Nice gardens too. We had a really good massage as well. Dinner was very enjoyable. We realised we'd visited the spa 20 years ago with our kids!

We did not realise reception closed around 8pm, so had some difficulty finding our room when we got back later than that, having checked in earlier, but not got keys to our room.

Great park and hotel, the facilities are clean, there are lots of pools to choose from, some quiet and others more social. The hotel is comfortable and relaxing. There’s food available at the restaurants and bar, and it’s nice. A bus stop is just outside on the main street. A great spot to unwind for a couple of days.

The rooms are a bit tired and could benefit from a renovation. The pool staff smoked by the pools.

Loved the location, the choice of pools and the steam room especially! The staff were attentive and approachable. My children were treated very well looked after by the staff. The fornicular was a fun way of transporting back and forth to and from the hotel. We stayed in room 3 which was a lovely room and well maintained, with a balcony overlooking the resort and the sea. There is a few steps to get to there though!

This accomodation is seriously amazing, the best I have ever stayed in. The park is so big with some much garden, 9 pools, 2 saunas, spa and our favourite, the private beach. We ended a 4 week holiday here and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable part of the whole trip. you really don’t need to leave the park, we booked beds by the beach each day which was easy and plenty available in June, got takeaway at the cafes for lunch and dined at the amazing restaurant they have on the water. I will definitely come back in the future! the rooms are basic but have everything you need, I would highly recommend a sea view room.. we were able to sit out on our sun chairs admiring the amazing view. The staff were amazing and friendly, they even let us use the pool when we arrived early.

Amazingly beautiful & luscious property on waterfront with thermal baths & swimming pools built in terraces going down to seafront. Food options on property excellent and staff there so friendly & accommodating. Bus stop outside door of property to go around island if Ischia so easy to access other places on Ischia & explore. We had a fantastic family vacation there.

The service and amenities of this property blew away our expectations for the price point. Staying here was an incredible experience. The staff was very responsive and accommodating, our room was nice and the air conditioning worked wonders, the view was beautiful.

The only thing that could be better about this property is it's proximity to the downtown. It of course has to be a bit remote given the pools and spas it provides, but experiencing these amenities does mean you'll have to deal with organizing transportation when you want to go into the city. It was easy to bus, but not walkable.

WAW. This was really something special. Magic place with many thermal pools from 30-40°C. The guy on check in was super nice and thanks to him we can feel from beginning we could feel great. Their willingness to comply was exceptional. It is so super, that you can enjoy areal till 14:00 on the they when you leave. You just call from your room till 10:00, than your luggage is ready to pick up from room and they manage also store luggage. We also got free face mask. During the day you can have some fresh juices, sandwiches, drinks, coffees etc. Zingara was so good, we had it twice during 2 days :D Thank you, it was our pleasure

Sea was not calm, so it was quite to hard to go there. Just restaurant Sibilla was open (for dinner from 20:00) where just 4 courses dinner was available (2nd restaurant was closed). Dinner was so tasty but it was quite hard to eat so many food.

The first impression was great, the gentleman on reception that checked us in made us feel very valued and welcome. Our room was ready 3 hours before it said which was great, we had someone help us with our luggage all the way to our room! The room it’s self was amazing! Had great views and we had a great nights sleep on their very comfortable beds! The variety of pools was great and we tried them all! They all had their own different types. The location of the property was great, only a short drive to the marina and had fantastic views!

Perhaps not the hotels fault however as we are British tourists we were unaware of the rules where you have to wear a cap in the pool, we very quickly worked it out but this could have been mentioned at reception. But we should have researched. The breakfast could have been better, there wasn’t much choice and the cooked breakfast was cold.
