Great location with lots of cats (7) to keep you company. The breakfast was moderate but always had some fresh croissants / pastry and i could always have fried eggs. Had a nice pool and located on main costal road next to bus stop. The host couple were friendly spoke enough English to communicate well. They were helpful re getting food delivered when we needed to recover from a bug for about a week. They ordered food on the phone for us and paid the delivery service with their cash and charged it to our room. Small family operation and accommodated our extended stay. They also provided bus tickets.

Walk to beach was about 10 min down a fairly steep slope.

The pool was amazing and the private terrace was so nice! Beautiful courtyard/shared areas. The breakfast provided was great! There are bus stops right outside the accommodation to take you around the island to the main shopping areas, to the port and to beaches (although we found these buses a bit unreliable at times). Room was as described and very clean

We stayed in the family room, (2 bunk beds and a double bed) which was great, except the wifi did not reach the room. Worked great in the shared areas though and by the pool. Location not super walkable to the port, but walkable to some of the beaches

It is a quiet, relaxing oasis. Our room was spacious, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel is very clean. Every morning there is a delicious, freshly baked pastry for breakfast and personally i loved the terrace on which it gets served as it has these pine trees and small, artsy decorations all over. Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop that allows reaching every part of the island easily. Restaurants, a supermarket and a shop for fruits are just a short walking distance away too so even without using the bus one has everything needed nearby. There is a sea outfront just 5 min away but prepare for a steep downhill in order to reach it. We didn’t have a problem with it but for someone with disability this might be a bit difficult. However, the pools and the pool area in the hotel are very nice and completely sufficient for a good holiday. During the last few days i stayed only at the swimming pool in the hotel and didn’t miss the beach at all. Definitely worth the money and a place to return to.

Nothing, everything was great

Armando and his wife were soooo accommodating. We loved every minute of staying at Villa Cinque Pini. Every morning we were greeted with freshly cooked pastries and pancakes, along with yogurt and juice. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, a nice quiet area. Armando even provided bus tickets when we needed and recommended some great restaurants and bars in Forio, along with making a reservation for us. The accommodation even had a pool and jacuzzi to use as you wish, too. Hotel was very close to a bus stop, so easy to get to the port or other areas. Not the mention the beautiful cats living in the hotel! We loved our stay!

If booking the bunk bed room, it is very small.

The place is very nice, big terrace with the sea view. Very friendly staff and amazing Italian style breakfast. We had always fresh baked cornetto and other cakes always home made, freshly made orange juice and a lot other breakfast option

The only 1 thing that was disturbing us was the noise from the main street. The hotel is near the main road and the traffic also during the night is very high. But fortunately in the room was AC so we close the balcony and could enjoyed the silence.

The location is amazing, right outside there's a bus stop, which is very helpful! The breakfast was perfect, everything really thought of and filled with flavour - no savoury options, which I don't really mind. The hosts were very kind and considerate. The view of the room was really pretty, just nature all around. A lot of storage space in the room and they would come around every other day to give a quick clean to the room. Wasn't able to experience the pool, but it looked good! Overall, really happy with my stay, would stay here again :)

Couldn't get wi-fi in my room. Walls are paper-thin, you can hear a lot of the noise from the outside and/or the property.

We loved the hotel surrounding. The couple who owns it was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the (very clean) pool and jacuzzi.

We slept underneath the stairs to the first floor, so if someone walked up or down the stairs, you could hear that very clear. Our room was also next to the kitchen of the owners, so in the morning when they prepared (a lovely) breakfast, we woke up as well….

I’m gatekeeping this place! The property was surrounded with plants, trees and flowers. Also there were 6 cats just walking around. There was a pooi and a outdoor shower. We had our own little terrace, which was decorated with string lights, so cute. The room was clean, fresh linnen and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a terrace where you could eat delicious, freshly made breakfast. The owners were also very nice and just warm people. We asked where we could get bustickets and they gave us free tickets. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. whenever we go back to Ischia, we’re staying here again 🤎

I really liked the property. I felt very safe there. If i would have one small, little comment, it would be about the shower head. It’s not detachable, and the water pressure is a bit hard and we couldn’t adjust it to our liking. But that’s literally it.

The property was lovely. Very clean and homely. Great air conditioner. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and the resident cats were a breath of fresh air and very affectionate. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. Breakfasts were lovely, with homemade pastries as well. All round a wonderful place to stay.

Overall super impressed with the whole experience. the breakfast was so lovely, plenty of coffee and pastries which varied most days. The couple that ran the place were perfectly helpful and welcoming, answering any questions we had. We were really grateful we found this place, the value for the location was amazing and can’t recommend enough.

The place didn’t look like the photos necessarily, but it didn’t matter as it was equally lovely!
