This is a stunning, modern & upmarket small purpose built resort within 5 minutes easy walk of Ischia Port & Town. Staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are stunning, breakfast was good. It is literally 5 minutes easy walk from the ferry. Infinity pool takes maybe 4 people - main attraction is the sea bay directly accessed from the sunbed area by pool style steps - sheltered sea swimming - perfect!

Infinity pool often occupied by kids for considerable periods of time. Sea/Bay Area is not exclusive to the resort albeit still feels pretty close to exclusive overall. More kids than we had expected but hey Ho. Still 10/10

The Ischia Blu is an amazing place! The fact that it’s tucked in a small cove just around the corner from the port makes it very quiet. Sylvia puts out a gorgeous buffet breakfast every morning and is around most the day for the guests needs. The rest of the staff were very nice and attentive as well. It’s not very often you get to meet and get to know the owners and their family. You can tell they have poured their heart and soul into The Ischia Blu and Blu bar. I’m am so happy to have found this little Gem. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about it!

We had an amazing stay at Ischia Blu, as a family sharing a 2 bedroom apartment. 4 nights wasn’t enough! The location is beautiful and we loved relaxing and swimming in the sea. The food from the restaurant was delicious and the staff were so helpful, and they couldn’t have done more to make our stay memorable - giving us tips for touring the island, booking a car, providing information for our day trip to Negombo and organising transfers. Special thanks to Tiziana, Magda and Mario, the chef, Alessandro and cleaning staff! What a wonderful part of the world and thank you for your incredible hospitality, from the Rositano Family

Not a thing

We loved staying at Ischia Blu Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind and welcoming, always available to answer any questions or help with recommendations and bookings. We were a large family group, and all three of the apartments we booked were lovely - exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. We appreciated having our own kitchens so we could prepare meals when needed, and spending time on the spacious terrace with its stunning sea view was a real highlight of our stay. It was wonderful having the heated outdoor pool, especially as we were there when the weather was a bit cooler, and one of our apartments had a hot tub on the terrace which we really enjoyed using. The direct access to the sea would no doubt be wonderful during the warmer months (we will save this for our next visit!). The location of Ischia Blu is ideal - just a short walk from the ferry terminal, and close to numerous excellent restaurants and shops. The bus station is a short walk away, so we were able to travel around the island with ease. Ischia is a beautiful island, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the Aragonese castle, Sorgeto Bay hot springs and San Montano beach. We really enjoyed our stay at Ischia Blu - the resort itself is beautifully situated and maintained, but for us it was the warmth and generosity of the staff that really made our stay feel very special. We would love to return to Ischia and to stay again at Ischia Blu.

We loved everything about the property : its quality, attention to detail and location which is very close to town and a brief walk to a number of wonderful restaurants.The rooms are large and very modern.Our one bedroom unit with full kitchen facilities had two bathrooms and balconies on two sides: one facing the Mediterranean; the other overlooking the charming port of Ischia. What was also special was that the breakfast room was open all day for coffee, tea , drinks or snacks. In addition the staff was able to arrange a transfer from the Naples airport directly to the resort and back to the Naples train station. But beyond the property itself, what made our stay at Ischia Blu Resort so special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners and their staff. Its was a very memorable holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and the stunning outdoor spaces all contribute to a feeling of luxury and convenience. One of the standout features of the Ischia Blu Resort is its incredible location. Situated right by the sea, you’re just steps away from the crystal-clear waters and a lovely beach where you can soak up the sun. The views from the resort are breathtaking, with the turquoise sea stretching out before you—a perfect backdrop for a serene holiday. Additionally, the resort’s central location makes it easy to explore the island, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. What can I say about Ischia Blu Resort and the amazing team there? In some ways, I would want you to find out in your own way because it is something you have to see and experience for yourself, but suffice it to say, I felt a choice set of words might encourage you to take a leap of faith and enjoy the hospitality, generosity of spirit, and warmth that is Ischia Blu Resort as well as the exceptional setting, magnificent scenery and very high quality of service. If you are looking for a tranquil and idyllic retreat with secluded access to the beautiful, emerald, Ischitan sea, then look no further. If you are looking for a resort which can give you complete privacy, leaving you to your own holiday, yet also be available to consider all of your needs - no matter how big or small - Ischia Blu Resort is the place for you. I had a particularly special occasion I wanted to celebrate, and Alessandro (the owner) and his team (Magda, Tiziana as well as many others including the kitchen team) went out of their way to create a truly 'once in a lifetime' experience. In terms of cuisine overall, the quality is exceptional; amazing locally sourced ingredients prepared to the highest quality and all of the options (from breakfast to lunch and even the little bites) were of an exceptionally high standard. Truly a five star resort and an unforgettable experience. I should say, I was actually recommended to stay at Ischia Blu Resport by two elder, local, residents of Ischia, who are also both exceptionally strong business owners in their own right within their respective sectors. They know the island inside out and they knew what was worth experiencing. 10 out of 10. It does not get better anywhere, globally, across all standards. I am looking forward to returning soon. Beautifully renovated apartment. Wonderful location. Walking distance to Ischia Port arrival/departure. Magnificent access to private pool and ocean swimming pool. Excellent hosts very keen to provide information and assist with all guest needs. Outstanding breakfasts freshly prepared each day, highlighting fresh local produce.

Bedroom 3 was tiny

Writing a review means that we have left and like to add something for future visitors to help them decide where Ischia Blu Resort stands out amongst so many on offer. The blue in Ischia points to the harmony of the blue water in the private bay and the tasteful artistic blue ceramic tiles placed throughout this beautiful property. Entering the resort, we felt very charmed with the friendly welcome of Tiziana at the reception. There are numerous guest facilities to enjoy like breakfast ,snacks and drinks while sitting by the outside pools or having a relaxing morning in a beach chair. The studio apartment where we were fortunate to stay had two separate full washrooms/showers and a lovely roomy bedroom with black out curtains and the ocean just rippling outside . The living area and fully equipped modern kitchen felt like our home . After more than four weeks on the road travelling in Europe and just spending a few days in Naples we especially appreciated the choice we made to have come to an almost peaceful quiet Mediterranean home . The owner Allesandro working so hard to make his guest feel welcomed probably said it best , ”I tell my staff you are rich when you have the time “. We felt rich to have spend the time😊 .

One of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. It has everything you need: private access to crystal clear water, central location, kind and professional staff, clean rooms. A big thank you to Tiziana, who was kind and available during our stay. We highly appreciated her help visiting the island, we received great advice which made our entire vacation a blast! We’ll be back no doubt.
