As soon as we saw the view from our room (and from the whole property) we were magnetized by it and fully arrived on our relaxing holiday. The balcony was wonderful and so was the pool (perfect water temperature!) and the whole lush, botanical surroundings. The public spaces of the hotel were traditionally decorated and it was always quiet and very inviting. The hotel has an extremely homely feel to it, we felt completely relaxed at all times thanks to the ambience of the place. The host and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good.

You are high up and a bit away from the hustle & bustle of the next town, but the breathtaking views totally make up for that! There is a bus stop in walking distance and free parking, so the location overall is no problem, but something to be aware of.

The hotel was amazing. Incredibly friendly staff and family-run business. We received a very warm welcome - being picked up by the hotel. The check-in was very thorough and we were told how to navigate the island - even being given bus tickets for free. It’s located on the hillside which makes for amazing views when taking a dip in the pool. The hotel also had a sauna and jacuzzi, and offered a lot of cozy places for sitting down, having a drink/coffee and was very accessible from two roads. I could not recommend this place enough! Hidden gem!

We enjoyed our time at the hotel with its stunning views of the coastline and the owner's kind hospitality! Although the accommodation is situated higher above the town, it was well connected by a public bus - we were also very grateful to have been collected from the port on arrival and also dropped off again by car on our final day. The thermal pool was a luxury and the terrace is great for watching the sunset in the evening!

Facilities in the room to make a hot drink, and a small fridge, would be a bonus.

Very friendly owner, stunning view, cute rooms with balcony and a very nice Residence in general. The breakfast was very good and the service always helpful and comforting! The location uphill from Casamicciola is nicely connected with a bus or for people who don’t mind walking a joyful little hike with stunning views over the town. Nicola or his stuff also offer a drive to the busstation or port to help with the luggage!

A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa!

There was no aircon or fan available in my room so I had to sleep with the balcony door open and got some mosquito bites. There was an AC unit in the room but no remote so I wondered if they do offer AC in the warmer months (I visitied in Sept).

I had a lovely time during my stay, the rooms offer an incredible view over the sea and I was able to enjoy the sunsets every evening from the balcony. The hotel itself was charming and well maintained, the thermal pool was great. The owner was nice enough to pick me up from the ferry dock and drop me off as well when it was time to leave. The location is a bit off the main road but close enough to the bus stop to access the main bus lines running through the island. The property is actually a bit larger than it appears in the photos which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely breathtaking views, and such beautiful facilities like the sauna and pool. The staff were extremely attentive and kind and picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry FREE OF CHARGE. He carried all of our bags to the room.

A little far from town but fine if you’re happy to walk to the bus for 15 minutes.

The property is located on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea. The view was just as nice from the room’s balcony. The other best thing was the staff, with extremely nice and helpful people, who helped us get a scooter delivered at the hotel and constantly tried to accommodate for all of our needs. We will for sure be staying here again on our next trip to Ischia.

This hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday: great views, a pool, tasty breakfast, comfy room and very kind and polite staff. We thank the host for picking/ dropping us up from the port
