Very clean and spacious room. Well maintained every day.

There was a water cut but I was not informed about this and taking a shower was mandatory for me during that time. Also the breakfast is minimal but I did not like the procedure (mark on a form every night and hang it to the door) and waste of paper around this story.

Very nice and helpful personnel. Clean, new, and quiet place. Breakfast was vary good. Like the place.

For me too much perfumed rooms after cleaning. No space for clothes in the room.

Conveniently located just off the motorway. Ate in the restaurant which was very good and staff were friendly

The staff was exceptional especially Mauro. He helped us with all our special needs and made sure we were comfortable. We don't speak Italian but everyone was helpful to figure out what we needed.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Overall I am satisfied with the service I've received and would definetly recommend it!

Staff and parking

Breakfast

The staff was helpful and spoke English fine. The hotel was fairly quiet. There is easy parking and people can enter from the back. Breakfast can be sent to the room for free.

This hotel is clearly a 4-hour location. Not very suitable for longer stays. There is a restaurant but it's not really being used by any customers, so orders will require the bartender to open the kitchen. The rooms were not very comfortable. No extra blankets, smells like perfume, no room for clothes. The location is in the middle of nowhere, very private for people who meet with their partners in secrecy.

Good & Friendly staff, Good parking

The room was not ready even though we arrived at 9:00 pm! and although we had not enough time we waited for 20 min! Also, the breakfast time was too late for us! Because the hotel was far away from the city we had to leave early in the morning and we could just have coffee nothing else!

Cleanness

Dogs from the neighborhood were barking all nights. Breakfast is not served soon enough, so if you work early you better look for another hotel.

All rooms are with the smell of cigarettes.
