This hotel is superb. Every one of the staff are awesome and really go out of their way to make your stay better. The rooms are great, the breakfast is delicious and the dinner service through the app is a brilliant idea. Stayed in this area many times and this hotel is far better than any of its competitors.

Nothing - it was all excellent

I was a late checkin but the staff were so helpful and friendly when I arrived, even offered to help carry my bags up! The next day, I had to wait several hours before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. The staff allowed me to hang out on their patio, had drinks and snacks and they made sure I was looked after even though I had checked out earlier that morning. Fabulous service! Breakfast was great and included! Bed was comfortable.

If you are going there for a visit, and you don't have a car, the location is not ideal however I was there for work and it was close to the place where I needed to be.

The property is in a remote location, not near to any shops or restaurants. The hotel itself doesn't serve food but will order in for evening meal. We arrived at lunch time and we were all hungry. They don't usually order in lunch but made some calls and arranged for pizzas to be delivered to us which we ate beside the pool. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is wonderful and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Most of the staff speak good English. The breakfast buffet was delicious too.

The remote location is a bit of a pain when you don't have transport. There is nothing within safe walking distance. There were some shops next door but all boarded up and abandoned. It is very remote but ideal if you need to be near the NATO base and around 40 minutes drive from the airport. The lack of lunch options was frustrating and initially they were slightly reluctant to accommodate our request for food. Some careful and determined negotiation got us what we needed in the end and they served us with pride and good humour.

The staff and the hotel itself were pretty good. and despite seeming to be far, it is quite close to the city making the commute really easy for us that have a car. Also, you don't have to fight for parking like in the city and the price is amazing compared to getting something in a busier area.

due to some change of schedules, we end up eating dinner in the hotel. the hotel does not prepare their food, making them order the food from other places. It was Monday and the food we ordered was flavorless to the point that for the first time, I had to season a pizza myself in Italy. so don't order dinner. enjoy the breakfast, that was good :-)

My room was spacious with everything I needed for a short and comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. If I needed to be in the area again, this would be the hotel I’d choose. The car park was perfect, with below or above ground options.

nothing significant. lack of sidewalks district is not up to the hotel. any movement out of hotel must be done by car for our safety.

Staff is very very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool and jaccuzi was fun. Breakfast was good. We all enjoyed the hotel a lot!

There was a bad smell of skewage, but we were easily moved to another area which was excellent. Internet was not always perfect.

Excellent facilities, clean and well appointed complemented by well trained, helpful, customer focused staff.

A little isolated if you don't have a car. A shuttle service to main local ateas woul have been helpful

Staff are fantastic and always greeting you with a smile. Will always look to stay here first anytime I'm in town for work
