Location was the best. Close to the different restaurant, shops, beaches and even the airport. Alberto, deserve the employee of the year. He was very friendly as well as accommodating. In fact, he gave us loads of information that the other reception staff didnt bother telling us upon checkin. He made our stay enjoyable.

The pool is amazing, The rooms were cleaned daily (if you wanted) and fresh towels provided. The cleaning lady is also lovely staff were really Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good if you are a meat eater/veggie. The beach is lovely, though a long walk. A car is needed really for this location. The double bed was comfortable, sofa bed not at all. Some nice restaurants if you eat meat nearby. Less so if you are veggie/vegan or have any allergies

There was some confusion with the room. We had asked for 2 single beds (as travelling as friends) yet we're given a double. They did quickly swap rooms for us, but the second room had a sofa bed which was really uncomfortable. I had specified I was vegan and gluten free. Unfortunately I don't think people understand what vegan means. Would have been nice to have had vegan butter and milk. I realise it's not a common ask, but local shops stock all these. Gluten free bread would have been nice too. I was offered gf crackers and cake. Lots of places/restaurants nearby were closed completely or on holiday. Not a fault of the hotel of course, but a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was good with nice coffee. The pool is well positioned for sun throughout the day with more than enough loungers and parasols for guests. Alberto is a great host who goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. There are a couple of nice restaurants a couple of minutes walk away with a good coffee shop directly opposite them.

There was nothing that didn't meet our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was good. Friendly personnel and helpful owner. You can ask any assistance you need and the owner was ready to support you. The room was equipped with small cattle and big refrigerator.

I was in march -cold weather outside (there is air-conditioning wit heating option - but heating was not the best one) . No duvet on bed. Hotel very clean and super personnel.

Breakfast, continental or English would meet the expectations, everithing is done just as you would expect for such facility. The pool was not in function, it is not the season yet. Room was good, OK for the money, just check the view before.

I had the room "on" the fire stairs accros the balcony, not a nice view. I would also preferre the softer mattress on bed, but this is purely individual feeling. The whole area around appears somewhat filthy, but then you realize that dowtown Napoli is even worse.

Our host Alberto was an exceptional host. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the local restaurants he assisted us with booking local travel. The beds were comfy. Yummy breakfast that included fresh squeezed orange juice. What is included in our stay. Water pressure was excellent. Overall an excellent stay. Walking distance to the NATO base was a big bonus.

I wouldn’t remember recommend Naples as a tourist destination, but that has nothing to do with how good the stay was at the hotel .

Breakfast was quite good and different things every day. Room was large enough with appliances that you need for couple of days. Hot water all time, good pressure, cleaning every day. Pool is available only summer so, I did not use it. Excellent staff, very supportive, friendly, flexible with check-in/out. I give to the staff 11 points. Close to shops, grocery, restaurants, bars (walking distance).

For this type of hotel and the number of stars, you have all you need, and the services are excellent.

The location was very close to my points of interest and it seemed close to the beach. The room was huge, more like a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 small kitchen, dining table, working desk, huge terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling - you get to choose between sweet breakfast(croissants and stuff) and salty(eggs, sausage, butter, honey).

The hotel and the room looked pretty rundown and old, in dire need of some renovation/refurbishing.

The hotel was nice, clean, with friendly and always smiling staff, I had there everything what I needed. Shuttle from/to the airport was very well organized and made my travel much easier. Arriving to the hotel, staff described the most important facilities in the vicinity of the hotel and possibilities for traveling to Naples. When somebody asked staff for help or information, nothing was impossible.

Excellent hotel. Alberto the owner is very friendly and supportive. Staff friendly and smiling. Alberto upgraded my room without any cost. Hotel close to Nato base for those travelling for business. Breakfast fresh and nice italian coffee.

Not big issue but in order to go in Naples, you need to take a bus and then the train. It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes and it is worthy to try. Hotel in any case is close to the lake which is beautiful and worthy to spend some time around.
