My room was great for a single and had everything I needed. I had a balcony with a nice view. Did not take breakfast but the bar/breakfast room was stylish and I enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace.

Hotel was quite quiet when I was there so there was not that much atmosphere, although this did not bother me. Drinks offered in the mini-fridge are chargeable upon check-out - this wasn't clear so be warned!

A short walk from the ferry port and bus station, Black Market Hotel is a great base for exploring the rest of the island. On arrival the host was friendly and spoke to me at length about the best places to visit. The rooms and common areas have a great aesthetic with everything that you need. One day I had the breakfast, which was relaxing, elegant and yummy. I would definitely stay here again!

Such unique decor and a cool vibe! The room was small and comfy, there aren't many hotels that have a separate room for the kids and I appreciated that. Breakfast (pastries and coffee) was delicious. Bus stop was right outside of the hotel, which is convenient for getting around the island

There was nowhere walking distance to eat or shop, but I think that's the case with a lot of these little Amalfi hill towns; everything is a little spread out.

Outstanding location. A unique hotel with character and interior decorated charm overlooking the harbor. Great morning sunrise view. Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Five minute walk to bus station that will provide quick transportation throughout Ischia.

Bathroom rather small, however this is normal for most hotels in Italy.

Lovely hotel with lots of creative, personal touches. I had a great view from my patio. It was an easy walk to the port.

Breakfast was skimpy for €8, though the cappuccino was excellent. When I arrived, the reception was locked but I think the owner saw me through a camera because he soon arrived.

The hotel is very unique and beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Upon arrival the hotel owner explained where to find the best beach, the good restaurants etc. Much appreciated! The hotel lies close to Porto d’Ischia. You will also have fairly easy access to the other main parts of the island since there is a bus station nearby.

Great location, very eclectic decoration in reception/ bar/ dining area, very individual and well put together. Should imagine the outside areas offer chilled vibes during the busier summer months with beautiful views over the port. Fantastic friendly host.

Great hotel and being less than 10 min walk from the port it was the perfect location! Very clean and loved the industrial decor throughout. Outdoor terrace gives you the perfect view of the sunrise which was an unexpected bonus. Guidos kindness and hospitality made trip more than I could have hoped for! I will definitely be back!

Attention to detail in the architectural design, sound system created such a relaxing area downstairs to chill in front of a panoramic view, great friendly staff. Bathroom design was top. Room was clean air con was spot on.

This property was in a great location not far from the bus station and port. It is very clean and had great views of the port. The host Gianni was very welcoming. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this property!
