We enjoyed everything about this hotel, what a great start upon arriving in meeting Ana at the reception, thank you so very much Ana for such a nice welcome, you are the best! Our room was just simply amazing, the view was breathtaking and the balcony a dream. I loved every moment I spent there as I needed to take a break from all the travelling, the pool area with the beautiful trees was so nice to relax! Maria-Cristina our cleaning lady was a angel, we thank you for such a good job in keeping our room to perfection. And Umberto who made us the best cappuccino in Ischia, thank you! If I may recommend to leave the fridge unlocked so we can store our water or juice, this would be appreciated!

It is situated in one of the best locations in Ischia, as it is very close to the main port, which is the main attraction of the island. It is not far from the main attractions, such as Negombo and Forio and the village also has another port nearby. There are beaches close by and the bus stops are located very close. The hotel is a cute mediterrenean style hotel, it has an old style but still beautiful as it will take you back in time and one can get the touch of the Mediterranean feel. Our room was a terrace room, which had splendid views of the sea, the mountain, hills and surrounded by beautiful greenery, even though it was summer. The staff were super helpful and friendly. If it is your first time, in Ishcia, one will not find sufficient information on the internet but if you ask at the reception they will guide you and will provide further packages at a better price.

My only complain goes to the bed, as it was not that comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Enzo the manager is an absolute delightful host! He set us up with an incredible room with a view of the ocean and surprised us with a bottle of Champagne!! He helped us rent a car, sent us to the most delicious restaurant (a local treasure) and fed us Grappa on our arrival. If we didn’t book our next hotel off of the island, we would stay here for weeks!!! Thank you Enzo and Terme Italia

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. Thank you to Annarita for a warm welcome and especially for upgrading our room to the one with a huge terrace on the ground floor. We were more than happy. This made our stay magnificent! Breakfasts have become even better this year. We liked everything! We would also like to thank Enzo for always being helpful.

The only drawback was the pool which was not suitable for swimming.

Great location, very clean , staff very friendly and efficient.

Definitely, they can do something about the mosquitoes in the hall and pool area. Maybe use some natural repellent if they don't want to use chemicals. Just an idea.

-convenient location, right next to a bus stop -nice architecture, elegant decor, beautiful smell in the hotel -disponible, helpful staff -fresh croissants and coffee + some choice of yoghurt, fruit, sweet and salty breakfast -very tasty 4-course dinner, served on a romantic seaside terrace, 3 versions of menu to choose from (veg, meat, fish), seemed home made - the room was warm and quiet, daily cleaned all in all good price/quality ratio

-"thermal " pool was always cold and not well maintained. Too bad, it would've been great to soak in hot thermal water in cold days, even if it wasn't perfectly clean, but in cold water it was not appealing at all - not really recommended during late autumn - romantic seaside terrace in October was dark, extrememly cold and windy, fortunately the staff decided to move dinner to a warmer breakfast hall - the beach is on a rather shady side of cliff, not suitable for sunbathing in autumn even if you're from far north ;) -the room missed some hooks to put wet clothes after rain to dry - there was a large dryer, but on the uncovered terrace.
