Beautiful location and wonderfully relaxed and friendly feel. Great breast and delicious bruschetta and sandwiches for lunch. A whole new thermal pool area has been built since our last visit which is lovely and gives much more space to relax in the sun.

Small aspects of the room could have been fixed or be better - the sliding bathroom door didn’t stay shut; the soap dispenser didn’t work properly and the water in the morning wasn’t particularly hot but these were minor annoyances which did not spoil our experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming—they even let us check in an hour early and check out an hour later, completely free of charge. The property is spacious and lush with greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around. There are four thermal pools on site, some with breathtaking views of the sea. Thanks to the multiple pools and the large territory, it never felt crowded—guests are naturally spread out, which makes it feel calm and relaxing. Our room had a stunning sea view. Every evening, we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony chairs with a glass of Aperol in hand—it was pure magic. The mornings were equally enjoyable: delicious, fresh croissants and very good coffee made for the perfect start to the day. The thermal pools are open until sunset, which in July is around 20:30. Swimming in the warm water as the sky turned gold was a beautiful experience. The air conditioning works during set hours—from 14:30 to 09:30—which was more than enough for us. The ceiling fan and the sea breeze from the balcony kept the room pleasantly cool. P.S. If you happen to need an ATM, there’s one about 6 minutes away—up a steep set of stairs over the small mountain behind the hotel. It’s the only nearby option, so be sure to ask the staff for directions. Otherwise, the next closest ATM is in Forio Porto.

The pools and facilities were clean and a real treat. The view from the room was gorgeous; breakfast was nice, though you have to pay extra for fresh orange juice. The staff were helpful enough in a 'light touch' way. If you like a hard bed you are in for a treat as I'm not sure I have ever slept on anything harder! Overall, I'd recommend and would happily stay again.

If you don't like a hard bed then be warned it is like sleeping on a slab with a very thin cushion on top! The hotel is quite 'charge' friendly and like extras to be paid for in cash, which is a bit irksome, but I don't think it affects the overall value proposition, which is good.

Unforgettable views! Good breakfast on beautiful terrace, 4 thermal pools surrounded by trees and flowers, nice beach in 5 minutes by foots, some fish restaurants just on the beach, close to hotel. And the hotel itself is so beautiful! A lot of pictures and sculptures inside, bright italian design in local manner.

We were unpleasantly surprised to hear that after check out, when we leave our luggage on reception for couple hours, we can not stay near the pool for free...never before met somewhere, all the hotels give you the right to use the facilities till departure

Great location! Close walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and a minimart. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff members are very friendly & accommodating.

You must wear a swim cap in the pools, but instead of offering them to guests they have to be purchased. Guests also have to pay to rent pool towels and pay for bottled water. Considering how much the rooms cost per night it would have been nice for those expenses to be covered by the hotel. The WiFi is not the best.

A gorgeous oasis of calm with beautiful ‘hanging gardens’, three relaxing thermal pools for adults (no kids, no dogs), and a main thermal pool. Our superior sea view room was spacious, well decorated with vietri tiles and a lovely view of the sea. Friendly staff and good food (breakfast and lunch).

Great location close to the beach with one thermal pool and other mixed ones. The hotel it’s very charming immersed in the Ischian nature.

Understandably the pools were not yet completely clean and ready as it’s the begging of the season. For breakfast we were expecting a little bit more local produce as it’s an hotel de charme aiming at providing tourist a tailored immersive experience.

The pools and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely terrace with a small table and chairs. The A/C was a welcome relief from the heat in the late afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive, even alerting us that the ferry we had from Forio had been canceled and arranging a taxi to the other port to catch the ferry to Naples.

The only complaint was that in the age of easy to use self-serve coffee machines, coffee at breakfast was not quick in coming and not that good (particularly in Italy). Perhaps they should consider investing in a couple coffee machines for guest use freeing up staff to replenish food on the buffet or clean tables.

The hotel complex was a delight. The pools and the gardens were an oasis. The breakfast was buffet style and eaten on the terrace amongst the gardens, full of blooms and birds. The pools were amazing and the staff the most helpful. I left some clothes and the hotel sent them right across the island to my new area which was above and beyond their duty.

Although the location was great for the bus when I went to sit on the beach, I was constantly pestered by peddlers.

The breakfast was great and plentiful. The view was wonderful on the upper floor and grounds are pretty. I loved the tiles. The staff was very helpful with our luggage , and got us a taxi van for 30 euros from Ischia port. Pools were old but fabulous. The stairs were even and easy to climb. Beds are very firm, my preference is firm but its 9/10 firm. The internet worked most of time but not reliable every minute of day. I was not there for business so it did not bother me too much. The local bus is down the a tree lined path thats not lit but its a 1 minute walk and beach access is across the street. Occasional locals sit on path and it felt creepy at first but we felt safe since theres a few guests around until late. Hotel is pretty quiet but one evening there was loud music on beach restaurant for a bit and coming from upper hotels. It was okay and done by 11 pm . Its quiet inside the room always and on property. You can purchase food at lunch time then simple snacks and drinks until late at night . Please enjoy all the thermal pools. It was so peaceful and only used our first and last evening.

The AC went off as planned daily during day, 9-2 pm. The fan was only adequate when we were there and over 90 degrees outside. I got a few mosquito bites at lower pool when I did not use spray. I highly attract them, not the property’s fault.
