The staff were always very helpful and friendly. From the reception staff, bar staff to the cleaning staff. They were all very nice. We got upgraded to a quad room Which was lovely and spacious. We had a lovely view of the main road from our balcony. The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Across the road from the port . A short 2min walk from the main square/strip in the town. It was a few feet away from the beach ⛱️🏖️⛱️ Which is always a bonus when spending the day at the beach. The taxi place was also right opposite the hotel. So when my husband and I wanted to go Poseidon. Although we were by the bus station too. We decided to take a taxi instead of waiting. The breakfast here was well presented and is your typical continental breakfast. They also did eggs, bacon and sausages if you wanted something a bit different. Staff were very attentive at breakfast and if you didn't want a coffee from the machine you could order one from the bar instead. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend to others.

The staff on reception were just so very helpful and kind. They suggested places to visit, and when we struggled to get back by public transport because of a knee injury they arranaged taxis on our behalf.

The bed had a wooden frame and wooden feet which stuck out, very easy to stub your toe!

The atmosphere of the hotel was good. The staff was really nice. The hotel room was very clean. Hotel is situated close to the port so it’s perfect for those who want to be close to the ferry. Very nice small pool and terrace upstairs with a beautiful view. Highly recommended hotel, and the shortcomings on the food-front don’t detract from what was an excellent hotel experience.

Breakfast lacks a little quality.

A great seafront location, We had a lovely sea facing room on the first floor. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great Italian style breakfast and the staff very friendly. There was a lovely sun terrace on the roof which always had beds available to relax for a few hours and it had an excellent view of the sunset.

Although our room was very large, it lacked some comfortable seating. The hotel had no bar or snacks available at any time, it would have been nice to enjoy a drink watching the sunset on the roof terrace.

I had a great experience — the staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Nuncio, one of the receptionists, went out of his way to assist me with something I needed, and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. His support made my stay much smoother. Thank you, Nuncio, and the whole team!

Very central. Close to beaches, the port and many restaurants and bars. Perfect location! The view from the roof top pool was great. Everything was clean and air con was good etc. the room was very basic but functioned for us.

The shower! The pressure was strange. And the hose was lose so it kept falling down and moving around. The drain was blocked so the shower base kept filling up. We were only there for a short stay so never bothered to complain about it. It was manageable! But if we had been there a week it would have been annoying.

Location is good, very close to the port and shops/restaurants. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Noise from adjacent club/restaurant with loud music into the early hours.

All the staff are so nice and helpful. I was travelling with my father who is older and has some mobility issues and this hotel was a great fit for him. It is very central and convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The Forio Port is across the road so if you catch that ferry you’re a quick walk to the hotel. Also the bus stops are close by as well.

Noise from bars outside the hotel was very intense. Rooms advertised as soundproofed however this doesn’t seem true Hotel could offer ear plugs Bar often unstaffed which made us feel we couldn’t use it

Great location - a short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants around the corner. Good breakfast - appreciated fresh fruit and fresh pastry. We had a room not facing the street - quiet and cosy. The roof terrace is great day & night.
