The hotel is very cute and the rooftop is lovely with stunning views over the sunset. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. My room was compact, but enough for one person and smartly decorated. The bathroom was a good sized. The wifi also worked very well throughout the property. Free pool towel to borrow. Breakfast coffees with soy milk were very nice! The location of the hotel is also nice, as Forio is small you are only a few minutes walk from the main area with restaurants and cafés.

Twice I felt chased out of my room by housekeeping, especially one morning I wanted a lie in and I if they had knocked once that would be fine, but within 15min they came to knock 4-5 times and opened my door twice even when I said I’m in the room. Same happened the next day when I was checking out (ca 45min before check out time), but I left after the second knock that time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nettuno, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome — they were friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts I needed. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view of the sea from my window. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the water each evening was truly unforgettable. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The breakfast was also a delight, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The stunning sea view, combined with outstanding service and comfort, made my stay perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea. I can't wait to come back!

The property is perfectly situated by the sea, very central location & amazing scenic views plus a jacuzzi on on the rooftop and sunbeds! Very clean place. Facing East, you will have a priceless view if the Mountain and the sky. It was so lovely to admire the view whilst you relax in the heated jacuzzi, then facing West, you get the picturesque sunsets Forio has to offer at the comfort! It was a very romantic setting and having the rooftop jacuzzi really completed my trip and made it all worthwhile. I just got a standard double room, It was a good size for 2 people, you get full wall cabinet, shower, toilet, and bidet, and sink. Good big mirror, full body mirror, and a zoom-in mirror. The Bed is big and comfortable, and the rooms have a water/ santorini vibes to it which I found really calming and comfortable. The Breakfast was nice, starts at 7:30am and lasts until 10:00am they make the coffee fresh for you as well as you come into breakfast. And the Coffee is nice and strong! Good selection of food; there's choices of hot foods like eggs, sausages, hot breads, croissants, etc. then there's also choices of yogurts, cakes, fruits, and other food. I also want to thank the staff throughout my lovely stay at the hotel from the cleaners, to catering staff, I found all of the people to be very friendly & always smiling, and always have time to spare to chat about my day and making sure I am enjoying as much as I can! Raffaelo, who helped me when i was stressed over a sudden change of my travel plan and even let me use the hotel's wifi to get stuff done on my phone even when I was not booked yet, and have given me so many good tips with public transport &which lines to take my destinations around the island.

There was nothing not to like at all!

The hotel was in a lovely location, the view from our room was not the sea front but from the second floor there is a viewing point with a hot tub which has a beautiful view. We took a bus from the port in Ischia to Forio port which took about 30 mins and then it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Check in was very easy. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was lovely which included bruschetta, pastries, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, variety of tea and coffee plus more. The indoor swimming pool was heated and clean, we used this once and it was relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Ants in the room but they dealt with this very quickly and had no issue after. I don't think this was a hotel issue at all as we didn't see them anywhere else and once they sorted it, it was fine.

Hotel Nettuno was lovely. Right next to Forio town, which was plentiful of bars and restaurants. The views from the roof top terrace were wonderful. A perfect place to relax.

Unfortunately when we visited the bar was closed, unsure of why. Saying this the staff were extremely accommodating letting us drink our own alcohol and gave us glasses, so not really a fault, just something to be mindful of.

Great location - bus stops are very close, a lot of restaurants, shops, nice places for evening walks:) Amazing people working there - Rafaello was extremely helpful! Good air conditioning.

Rooms are smaller than it seems on photo. Super tiny balcony in the suite - you won’t seat there. And breakfasts are frankly bad:((( awful coffee (in Italy, really???), pastry is not always fresh:(( in the end we can eat there only fruits. Would be much better to have the option without breakfast

The location is perfect, the rooms are wonderful and the roof top terrace is a little oasis

The rooftop terrace with hot tub jacuzzi was a favorite end-of-day way to relax (as was the heated pool). The location was perfect: less than a 10-minute walk from the ferry, major bus stops and "restaurant row" across from the port. And when you walked out the door of the hotel and turned right, you were on Via Giovanni Mazella and then Corso Francesco Regine and its wonderful array of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. We had booked a mini suite which had an unobstructed view of the water immediately across the street. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the restaurant staff was attentive and remembered our coffee orders from the first morning of our four-day stay. The breakfast offerings were typical of the region and were fresh and nicely displayed.

Lovely roof terrace with beautiful views. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice indoor pool and light continental breakfast. Room serviced daily.

Overall room was clean however there were some areas that could have benefitted from a deep clean, e.g. stains on the headboard, a lot of dust/ some spots of mould on lampshades.

The service was great. Rafaelo and Luigi did a very fine job. Location is great near start of Forio pedestrian area. Nice view from roof. Breakfast was good quality. Housekeeping was great. AC was effective and quiet.

I thought the mattresses and pillows could be a bit better for this hotel. There is some noise from adjacent rooms and the street outside. Breakfast items were not always adequately replenished.
