The accommodation was excellent. The room looked very nice, and I believe it was completely reconstructed. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the interior looked beautiful, with nice tiling. The bathroom was spacious. Another advantage is a large balcony, where it is possible to sit and relax. The air conditioning was brand new. The accommodation was just a few minutes from the main building, but it was mainly connected by other buildings. There is also a golf cart transfer if your room is not directly in the main building. However, I was accommodated close to the reception and restaurants as well. During evenings, there was also a live performance by musicians. The breakfast was great; the choice was excellent. The resort offers a very nice view of the sea. The beach is not far, about ten minutes' walk. I think the price/quality ratio was very good. I strongly recommend the resort. My friends and I were very satisfied.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. From the word go, we were impressed at how willing everyone was to satisfy our needs and help us enjoy our holiday. Sorriso Thermae is a beautiful hotel and facilities are well looked after - just like the guests! Any concerns we had about accommodation in one of the separate buildings were soon allayed. These rooms seem quieter and we were blessed with a stunning view from our spacious balcony. There is easy access (down steepish steps which some quests might find challenging) to the Giardini Poseidon, the beach, simple shops and good restaurants. If you don't like steps the hotel shuttle will take you there. The bustling town of Forio is a short bus or taxi ride, or a longish walk. There are ample shops, restaurants, historic buildings and a small port there where you can take a trip around the island. By road, for exploring further afield, there is an excellent if busy bus service easily accessible from the hotel.

The hawkers trying to sell cheap jewellery or similar items around the hotel. Fortunately these were small in number.

Got a room with sea view far from the reception (in the 'Grusoni' part), it was very quiet (except for som local people starting their mopeds in the middle of the night). Top notch cleaning and free shuttle to/from the beach.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of fresh vegetables and fruit at the breakfast. This year it was down to (not very fresh) cherry tomatoes and watermelon, sometimes pineapple.

It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel and we were truly enchanted. We usually choose Ischia Porto for our stays, but precisely because Forio has such stunning hotels, we like to spend a few days here as well. Sorriso was an excellent choice, as it was a beautiful hotel with a sea view, great food, a gorgeous setting, and excellent facilities, including a pool that was always open. We also appreciate the shuttle service to Citara Beach. Thank you for the beautiful moments.

The breakfast was really good, with a variety of fruits, savory items, and plenty of sweets. The views were outstanding! The location was good, close to the center of Forio (although not walkable), and also near a bus stop, which makes it easy to explore the island by bus. It's great that the hotel provides a shuttle to the closest beach, Citara. The staff were really friendly, including those responsible for our transportation. We also had a small problem with the air conditioning that was solved very quickly by the maintenance staff!

you will struggle to find a more stunning setting than this hotel. The flora and fauna as well as the sea views are breath-taking. we have stayed at this hotel twice now in both June and October and have had wonderful times each time. The pools are stunning, food is excellent and the staff are attentive.

the comfort of the rooms is not as well considered as the main areas of the hotel. More comfort and luxury inside the rooms especially the beds (which are a hard and linens and pillows provided very basic) and bathrooms (the shower in particular is small and leaky) would make this hotel unbeatable. However neither of these gripes would stop me recommending this hotel.

The location is amazing with a view of the med. The staff was exceptional and the termae pools are so lovely. We loved the outdoor & indoor pools which have hot water flowing into both. Also, the breakfast, lunch, & dinner were delicious.

The only improvement I would suggest would be coffee in the room or a coffee bar that was open before 7:30. We wanted coffee earlier then the breakfast time at 7:30.

This felt like paradise, the location and the views were amazing. The pools didn't seem to be thermal, but I liked that because there was a heatwave and it meant I was able to use the pool. The food from the snack bar for lunch was great, and even when they stopped doing lunch there were still options for snacks that could be eaten as lunch and I liked having that freedom. There was always a sunbed we could use and we didn't really leave the resort which was not like us

The aircon in the room was not powerful enough, it meant it took a little while to get comfortable. Although I think that is only a problem when there is extreme heat which we did have. The restaurant onsite was not great, it wasn't bad, I just would have liked it to be amazing, because I go to Italy to eat!

Gorgeous property! Beautiful views, pool La were outstanding, rooms well appointed and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Be mindful that the beach is a walk or shuttle away. Also, transportation to a from the main parts of town can be tricky if you don’t have a car and you’re not organized well. However, the bus is fairly easy to take from the stop near the property.

The location and restaurants were great. The entertainment at the one restaurant was excellent an unique combination......a DJ playing pre-recorded backing tracks.....but also played guitar and trumpet. Staff was helpful.

Some of the directions within the area were confusing. Signs could have been better. We were not sure which of the paths ended up, where. The various parts of the hotel complex were on hills. Also, the section where we were staying, was not attached to the main part of the hotel. Which, in itself was fine. We didn't mind walking across the highway, and a block more. Minor annoyance, due to the distance, was that the wi-fi reception was not always good. But that was the least of our worries. Great place, though!
