The grounds of the hotel are in a beautiful tropical garden setting with a fabulous pool with the best view of the Ischia mountain from your sun lounger. There was an indoor thermal pool and sauna and massage spa service. The customer service was friendly and thorough. They helped us navigate the island and book another night when our trip to Spain was canceled abruptly. The free shuttle took us to the nearby beaches and lovely town of Forio. The Ischia bus stop is also in front of the hotel and easily takes you all over the island and to and from the ferry. The buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious. The room was a bit small with a sofa bed that transformed into a bunk bed and a large outdoor patio with multiple seating area.

The air conditioning was weak and not adjustable, making the room only slightly cool. Body soap pumps were provided, but no hair shampoo or conditioner. You can walk to the nearby beaches, but there are no sidewalks. You share the road with autos, buses and scooters who do stop for pedestrians. It’s best to take the best or the free shuttle. Also, confirm with the taxi driver the hotel calls the price quoted because we were over charged 15 extra euro to the ferry. The driver had on the meter and we didn’t confirm the price beforehand.

Welcome drink/cocktail upon arrival Spacious room/bathroom. Aircondition Indoor and outdoor pool, gardens. Shuttle bus service to visit nearby beaches or other sites. Near the bus stop (1 min away). You can take the bus either to Ischia or to Forio and Sant' Angelo.

Quality of food in breakfast. It could have more variety of fruits, there was only ananas and kiwi. I visited in July and it could have watermelon or melon which are in season in the area. There was no laundry room. They offered however to do the laundry for us for 20 euros.

This hotel has a great family run feel to it. All staff are super friendly, attentive & knowledgeable about the island. Happy to give tips & recommendations of where to go & what to see. Dinner was exceptional for the half board price. Lovely little restaurant with a wall full of fresh delicious anti pasti for start along with a salad bar, breads & kids food table. A choice of 4 pasta 1st course & then choice of 4 meat/veg 2nd course, plus dessert or ice cream. These are chosen at breakfast by you, so they are prepared fresh to order We were recommended a beautiful local wine from the island which they will keep for you & have the rest of the bottle chilled & ready at your table the following night for dinner A walk to the beach & harbour down a busy road. There is a bus shuttle that we didn’t use as we hired a scooter instead for €30 per day. Supermarket 5min walk for drinks & snacks The hotel arranged a transfer from Naples airport to the hotel via private taxi, ferry & mini bus at €50 each which made the journey stress free & very enjoyable They helped us book the hydrofoil on the way home with a local taxi to the port & advised us on the Alibus to the airport from Naples once we’d enjoyed our day sightseeing at mount Vesuvius & Pompeii I cannot recommend this hotel enough if it’s a personal family feel you like from a holiday. It’s small enough, so all staff know you & are happy to chat or help in any way

We didn’t really use the indoor or outside pools, as we were out all day exploring the beautiful beaches & views across the island

Great stay for 7 days. The staff was very polite and friendly, the hotel and room were very clean. Room was spacious. Great location, next to the bus stop, but you can also reach Forio or beach by foot. Nice clean pool.

The breakfast could be little better. Lot of sweets and fruits, great coffee, but it could be more choices for breakfast. Eggs and ham for 7 days is a little boring.

Great stay at this hotel, a brilliant base for exploring the island with frequent buses to catch just outside. Lovely friendly staff, was great to relax in the hot tub in the evening and sunbathe around the beautiful pool. Lovely and quiet when I went in May. Fan was provided with no issue when I asked, as room was hot without!

Forgot to take a swimming cap so couldn't get into the pool, wasn't worth buying one for one dip. Bizarre rule not encountered elsewhere.

We liked Ischia itself.. the pool, whole areal..the stuff was nice.

The beds weren't comfortable. I was looking forward for meal because I read a lot of possitive reactions especially for breakfast but I was dissappointed.. there were mainly lot of sweet options but the croissants weren't fresh, they were mostly dry and hard to chew. The dinner for me was too heavy and negative was that the drinks weren't included. In the pool you have to wear cap.. i didn't read about it before, I would appreciate that information in advance, so I can bring one.

Charming, clean room, comfy bed, really good air condition. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. Nice swimming pool and enviroment. Not far from the center and close to the beach.

The boss at the breakfast was rather rude towards me, maybe he didn't simphatize with me, but as a professional he can't afford this. And to add he was very loud all the time with the staff as well. I believe he is very good at his job, but, having been many hotels I have never experienced this.

Beautiful resort on the island with friendly staff and plenty to offer without needing to leave. If you want to explore the island, there is a shuttle, but you can also walk to the beach or down to Forio.

One thing to note if you walk to Forio, there aren't any sidewalks. This isn't a reflection on the resort, but something to know if you do decide to walk. Everyone just walks down the side of the road.

Located in a nice area in Forio but above a very busy road with no walkway so a bit stressful to walk to restaurants and the beach. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and offered a free shuttle (had to be booked with a bit of a notice).
