I enjoyed the internal swimming pool which was pretty warm and comfortable. We loved the willingness of the people from the hotel and also used many times the free shuttle to the centre or beach.

We stayed for 6 days. The bearkfast was the same every day. We'd appreciate changing the offer each 2 - 3 days. We'd like to have more yoghurt and milk + céréos to it. There was also a lot of non-functional things in the suite we stayed in. Air condition (2 days), wifi was VERY slow and unstable, etc. Those were not the things that would be an obstacle for our next visit but when we're on the holidays, we liked to have the feeling of being cared about, not dealing with non-functional things :-)

I was impressed, it was so lovely to have a little bit of everything. As a guests, we had access to daily spa - jacuzzi, sauna, water massage. Outside pool was very nice and cleaned everyday. Taking sunbath was very refreshing having access to the pool. Restaurant was delicious, I highly recommend to order the dinner as well, to be able to taste the traditional Italian kitchen like different kind of fish, meat or soups not only pasta or pizza (which still is great, but more count as a fast food ;)). Staff was very nice and helpful, including the restaurant and cleaning service. We felt like at home :)

Like in any place, you can not have everything. If you expect the modern interior in your room, you might be disappointed, but if you value more atmosphere of the place it will be your nr 1. Besides, you really not have time to stay in the room, there are a lot of things to do outside the room, and outside hotel.

The staff were great, really helpful. The apartment we had was spotless and really nice overall. The pool was the perfect temperature. The children play areas were modest but a great way to occupy my 2 year old in between being in the pool

My only real complaint was that our air conditioning broke and it didn't get fixed (there were 2 days left of our holiday). A temporary unit was provided and it gave some relief but not a lot. We did get offered to change rooms but this didn't really work for us as it would have been a worse room and not as close to the rest of our family. Disappointing we didn't get any noteworthy compensation for the inconvenience, or a quicker fix. It's a shame because the hotel was great for us otherwise

The restaurant food wasn’t the best on the island.

The wife and the children love the pool. the people were very nice. The breakfast was really lovely. Very good place to stay with family.

I didn't mind the shower, but it was small for a 6ft tall bloke

Amazing kids club staff and staff in general

We loved the pool and the spa. The hotel is located by a handful of beautiful beaches and shops. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful. They had some great activities for the kids, too, and I'm glad we had our kids learn a little Italian as most (all?) the other kids were Italian :) They had fun.

Our room was a bit small for four people; they put us in a Floor 0 room right next to the lobby. This was also the area where groups of people would be up late yelling at the football match on television. Also, the older guy running the breakfast was NOT friendly.
