We loved EVERYTHING about La Reginella. It’s a really luxurious, classical Italian hotel. The room was spacious and we equipped; the bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and wonderful service. The thermal pools are AMAZING and all different temperatures, and we spent many lazy days in the garden going from pool to pool. The staff are just WONDERFUL, charming and so helpful. They really go above and beyond. The beauty spa is great - I had a fantastic lymphatic drainage massage. And finally the location in the town is so very convenient - close to everything! We are looking forward to returning again next summer!

We had absolutely no complaints about anything!

I was given an upgrade from a single to a lovely big double room. The breakfast was plentiful and the food in the evening was exceptional. It was good that you could have a stroll into the town from the hotel. There were buses at the end of the town to anywhere on the island.

The only personal thing is that I prefer a kettle in the room so that I can make a hot drink at any time. I know there was room service but I hate bothering them just for a cup of tea.

The facilities are kept to very high standards. The pools are amazing and the location is superb, as it's located in a prime spot in Lacco Ameno. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options to choose from.

There was no wi-fi in the room we were given and when we asked about it, the staff at reception simply said that they would ask the engineer to fix it. Unfortunately, that never happened and we didn't receive an apology or were offered to change room. Slightly disappointing for such a nice hotel.

We like absolutely everything: location, beautiful garden with different pools , breakfast most of all people who work there! So nice, so caring and always ready to help with all your problems. Our favorite is Giada,she made our stay so special and fantastic!

The pools and property was very clean and tidy. Rooms were nice and received a turn down service which was unexpected. Overall great location and property to stay at.

Knowing ahead of time that by booking through a third party system did not allow of the shuttle use from the ferry and back.

We loved the elegance of the surroundings and atmosphere, the location, the mix of thermal and seawater pools, the poolside snack and drink bar, the staff and the restaurant. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only problem we had was with the room air conditioning, and it was difficult to get effective help on that. Although someone did come out to the room our second day, it was still not resolved. It got a bit better when we switched it to a different setting.

I loved the room, so beautiful and large. I felt like I was really relaxed and at home. The view was great overlooking the pools. The staff are very helpful with my limited Italian. The bathroom was very large by European standards. I loved opening the bathroom window and letting the air and sun in while getting ready. We had a little patio the sit and watch the sun rise and this truly beautiful island come alive. The people around town are very welcoming and get to know you. The termal baths are relaxing and the spa services are top notch. The weather was consistently good even though it looked like it was going to rain. I was able to lay out and enjoy the sun. I will definitely be back and stay for longer

Not this resort's problem, but the beds are typical Italian beds (harder than American beds). The third night my back got used to it and didn't hurt anymore.

The hotel has very beautiful, spacious and green territory! Lots of pools, which are open till 20:00, great gym. We had free upgrade for our room for some reason, not sure why, but thank you! Nice breakfast and generous time slot for having it:) Clean room, comfortable bed, polite and professional staff. Located in Lacco Ameno, which is a good place to stop on Ischia, very peaceful.

The outside pool area of the property was amazing. Staff were very friendly and it was a great location if you’re staying in Lacco Ameno.

The breakfast was basic but nice. We had a massage/ facial at the spa which wasn’t great.

The staff were extremely pleasant.

We arrived late in the evening and were put in separate rooms, the following day one of us was moved into the others room. I am uncertain why we were not just put in the same room together in the first instance.
