It was excellent run the staff were very helpful especially Luigi and his son Pepe who went the extra mile to help

There was a few different places to eat but you have to love pizza the bus service is not great and the tram was closed for maintenance work so you definitely need a car if you have a car it is central to getting around the hotel is very quiet and clean

Unique, very classy and comfortable. I Have been in many hotels around Italy and England but This Is Real pearl hidden in quite challenging surrounding ;) There we felt safe, calm and had chance to relax properly. Lovely swimming pool and Amazing beaches (Kami,Afrodita) just 10 minutes from the hotel. Huge shopping centre 5minutes from Hotel. Breakfast in typical italian style - sweet :) People open, friendly, kind and with great sense of humore 🤍 This kind of place that you are sure to visit more than once.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating everything was really clean. The breakfast was a good variety. The shuttle driver Max was really nice and able to accommodate us multiple times we couldn't thank him enough he even walked to find us a few time which was very an extremely nice and helpful gesture

The hotel was far from central naples. Almost an €80-€100 for a taxi. The hotel does have a shuttle driver that will pick you up for €40 which was very helpful but also still pricey if you need to ride there and back daily.

Very friendly staff. Amazing clean rooms with jacuzzi. Nice pool with a bar. Best value for money in Napels. Its far from the city centre but perfect if you come by car because you can park safely on-site. 10/10 very happy with our stay

The pool is a very nice, clean and modern. The hotel has different rooms, all modern, some bigger, some smaller, but some have a jacuzzi, which is very nice.

The breakfast is more towards croissants rather than the ham and eggs menu, which I would prefer. No eggs, at least at the hours I went there.

Free parking, that was very important to us. staff was very kind and welcoming and the only place where they knew english! (we've stayed in 5 hotels by then) the room was very clean and tidy

Breakfast was quite poor Area a bit distand but we knew that, I'm just saying, there isn't much to see if you're not travelling by car around there

Everything, except...

... the smell outside the hotel or in the area, which the hotel of course can do nothing about, but is still very annoying. It was constantly smoky, all the time, even my clothes smell like I have been barbequeing all day.

We’ve stayed here a few times and never had any issues. The staff is kind, breakfast is great, parking is free! It’s worth it.

The nigh Auditor was the best person there!
