The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The hotel has private parking and the gate closes at night so the extra privacy/security was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning had a great variety and the staff always was available to make tea or coffee on request. The room was spacious and had a door that opened to a furnished balcony. We also had dinner at the restaurant on site, reservations were easy to make and the food was amazing! Our stay was great and we had no issues!

-The hotel owners and workers are very helpful,they try to help and answer any request you may have. - Spacious rooms with balcony - Very good restaurant and service (try the meat if you are a meat lover) We were there over Christmas and the restaurant of the hotel was closed for 3 days however breakfast is there every morning and the reception helped finding places to eat for christmas eve and the next 2 days. -Our navigation was stolen in the chiaino 1 parking (metro station) , they went out of there way on the next morning to come with me to the police station and do the declaration - Free parking on site which is a must in Napoli if you have a car (you need a car in this area as there is not much around to visit) - Children playground - Very well looked after outside area (with decoration and light for christmas )

-The wifi connection was not working well from our room but we could manage with our 4G -Breakfast has cereals , butter , pastries , bread , ham and cheese and also fruits but if like me you are not a big fan of sweet and prefer scrambled or sunny side up eggs then choice will be reduced as they can't cook anything in the morning (no cook on site) however coffee of course is great :) -not enough plugs in the room if you have multiple things to plug (phones, ipad,computer...)

Friendly and professional team. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking and a decent breakfast. The restaurant looks amazing, the meat, oysters and seafood on view in the displays in the dining room look amazing. An enormous selection of wines from house to the best of thes best. Unfortunately on Tuesday night, when we stayed the restaurant is closed, I was told when booking. However a pizza place just 100m away made us 2 fabulous pizzas and a couple bottles of Peroni and we went to bed content and full. Lovely staff at the hotel and the pizzeria (worlds end) Highly recommend both.

I would have liked to stay another night to eat in the restaurant. It's on my list now and hopefully will be able to get back there.

Beautiful building, nice amd clean room. The recepcion competent and professional. I did not try the restaurant looks very nice but for sure next time in Napoli 😀

The shower kept getting blocked

its like citadelle in wierd neighborhood :), private parking in basement, crew was very friendly and helpful, restaurant.beds are very good, breakfast bit basic but all things are good and special points goes to coffey and service.

we book 2 rooms and both of the room fridgerator wont work, Wifi is very bad and wont work properly, rooms wallpaper is bit old and some parts are loose.

It was evident from our arrival that the goal of the staff here is to ensure the guests are welcomed and accommodated throughout their entire stay. Antonio, specifically, ensured we had all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay. The entire place is spotless. The food is delicious, and staff is literally available 24/7 to assist you.

There was nothing we did not like.

The hotel was fab. The staff was very helpful. They went above and beyond to help. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant.

The hotel was too far out from the airport.

The hotel has a great surrounding and garden. The hotel boss Antonio was loving and really cared about us. we travelled via bicycle and he showed us where to store the bikes at a safe spot in thw hotel garage. The breakfast was outstanding, with fruits, biscuits and even some cheese, meat and bread, which is not very common in Italy.

Maybe a pool was missing

friendly staff and a very clean hotel. I mistakenly haded over €400 in between my passport and I received a call whilst I was in my room asking me to return to reception, the gentleman handed me back the passport with the money very honest thank you.
