The welcome was friendly and the hotel was quiet, despite being on a major road. The decoration is interesting : one sees why it is called Europa Art. Check-in was very smooth and the parking arrangement (you need to reserve in advance) is quite convenient - you can unload your car in front of the hotel and then drive the vehicle to the parking lot, 25 metres further on, on the opposite side of the road. The room was very comfortable with good wifi and good airco. My room also had a large balcony, although it must be said the view from it was, let's say, urban in the extreme 😀. Finally the breakfast, served by a charming lady who allowed my dog to accompany me into the dining room, was really good with an excellent choice of both sweet and savoury. Bravo!

This cannot be changed by the hotel, but the surroundings are lacklustre. I walked to the Reggia (10 minutes) but couldn't go in because of my dog.

Breakfast could offer something a bit more traditional/local (less commercial). They have such amazing food in this part of Italy, but the breakfast table showed standard stuff you would find generally in hotels. There is a café shop just outside the hotel that shows some of the stuff I mean: maybe have breakfast there?? Coffee looked out of an average coffee machine. Room a bit small, despite being fairly functional. Given the above, perhaps this stay was slightly overpriced?

Staff friendly and helpful. Location: ten minutes walking distance to the Reggia. Very comfortable parking in a closed yard few steps from the hotel (to be reserved: few places!!) Room wide and clean, with a separate area with couch and extra tv. Bathroom small but sufficiently comfortable. Fairly good breakfast. Good dinner at restaurant: not a wide choice but good quality. Perfect wi-fi.

A couple of arm-chairs and a small table to make a true sitting space would be greatly appreciated and woul definitly cintribute to the standard if the hotel.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Location is great, 5 min walk from the main road and Royal Palace.Good breakfast and courteous service. Rooms are simple, modern and clean. Nice toilet with all the necessities. Overall a good stay and I will be back anytime I’m in Caserta

Few minor points: - I wish the gym was more furnished with more dumbbells and a standard weight machine. Also the gym music should be separated from lobby’s - The hotel entrance is a bit uncomfortable with difficult doors to open and few stairs where you have to carry the luggages. It would be good to have a slide for the luggages instead - Car parking is not included- not a real issue as this seems being a standard in Caserta. The car park is outside the property and easy to reach

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The beds were very good too. The outside terrace was a nice and welcome surprise! The boys at the reception were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy there.

The hotel's parking was full so we had to park at a different parking some 300m away. Not too much trouble, but having a parking close would have been nicer.

Pleasant hotel in an otherwise scruffy town. The hotel is well situated for a walk to the Reggia di Caserta. The Reggia is an amazing palace that exceeds Versailles in size and is a highly recommended if in the area. This hotel is a good choice if visiting the Reggia

Good location with secure parking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast mainly consisted of cakes and sweet treats. The bar and restaurant area lacked atmosphere

Room was a very good size, comfortable, clean, short walk from the station and to the royal palace. Very good value for money.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Bar area was just part of the reception.

Close to the train station and the royal palace, at walking distance from the old town city center, classy hotel with large, quiet and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast
