The rooms were great and so were the staff and the breakfast. We had a problem with booking that mucked up our reservation for the suite but nevertheless they helped us offering us an extra room changing a terrible situation into a splendid holiday. The place is in a ztl where you can access if you give them your car plate and the staff will look after your car. I cannot state enough times how helpful all the staff was. I highly recommend the place to everyone

I’m so pleased I booked to stay here. The room was perfect for a solo traveller - really comfy, super clean and modern. The location is superb - it couldn’t be more central, easy to walk to from the train station with lots of amenities and landmarks on your doorstep. I felt very safe and welcome here and wished I could’ve stayed longer! The rooms are located within a residential block but are separated via a heavy, padded door. Everyone I met there was very friendly and the place was quiet, despite its central location. The owner, Carlo, couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff in the Tropicana bar were great. Carlo also arranged for my car transfer to the airport at a reasonable price and my driver was so lovely and interesting to talk to. If I ever return to Caserta (which I may well do as I really enjoyed it) then I would definitely stay here again.

- The only improvement I could think of would be a small kettle in the room. I know this is not standard in Italy but British people love their tea! - The breakfast option is a hot drink and a pastry only. Again, this seems to be the norm in Italy so it’s not a criticism but for many Brits and Americans it is unusual. I don’t like pastries but they let me have an extra drink instead which was good!

Great location. A couple blocks from the palace. You actually “check in” at the Tropicana Cafe. They speak limited English, but you can make do with a few words. We got there at 11 and check in wasn’t for a few hours. But they said the room was ready and took us there. Awesome, we had been up 25 hours and needed a nap. The suite is beautiful and spacious. Awesome windows and doors that close to make it dark as a cave. You got a pastry and espresso for breakfast the next morning. It was nice sitting outside of the cafė people watching.

Air conditioning could have been colder. The only negative I could give is the air didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. It’s one of those places where you put your key in the slot by the door when you get in, and take it with you when you leave. I tried to use other cards I had to trick it, but no luck. So the air got to 22*c/72f(felt warmer) when there and when you left, it would get hot to about 26-28c/79-83f

We were expecting more than just a bed. When you look at the pictures, it looks there there is a bed and then another room. Our's was just a bed. It was close to the Palace.

It was pretty dark, would have liked more light to come into the room.

Great location (very central) and due to excellent sound-proofing very quiet. Very comfortable double bed and decent sized bathroom. People were very helpful and nice. Great cappuccino for breakfast!

On a main and busy street but the room was very quiet and easy to get to sleep. Value for money is excellent.

The owner is super friendly and the service was great. The location is also perfect, close to the station, close to restaurants and close to the palace Reggia. The room is big, clean and nicely decorated. At the breakfast they have great coffee. Overall a great experience.

No issues at all, only difficulty I had, is to keep the shower on one temperature.

Location: in the hearth of Caserta, on a central street, and yet the room was facing a courtyard and it was very quiet. The Royal Palace is just a couple of minutes walking, there's a little supermarket around the corner. The owners also have a bar right downstairs, which is where you take your breakfast. Being a central street, there's plenty of eateries around. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was so incredibly helpful and nice. I arrived late at night due to a flight delay and there was somebody waiting for me. We were in touch at all times via whatsapp, to make things easier. Everybody was very helpful and easy going. Tropicana is in the very center of Caserta with views of Reggia palace from the balconies. The staff speak very little English but are extremely helpful nonetheless. Rooms look brand new and very comfortable.

Website says “Parking” but there is no designated parking for the property. Parking is a real challenge you have to either pay metered or find a legal place to park on surrounding streets. Local parking garages are not close to the property.

Walking distance from Station and Caserta Reggia. Staff and Facilities always tidy, comfortable and awesome. I had an issue with where to Park my car they have kindly helped registering the plate due to ZTL and get a space to park the car nearby. Thanks a lot for all the kindness, PATIENCE and help from staff.

Perfect location in the city centre, few mins from Caserta palace. The room was ideal for a short stay and the breakfast in adjacent cafe was great. Cherry on top was the owner helping us with free parking in the next street
