The location was great! was surprised that this little gem was empty when we went in early July, walked 5 min to the palace and it was empty on a sat afternoon too, Reception was warm and staff was very helpful and accommodating for breakfast etc. Cosy ambience with music in the lounge for the guests to relax. Really comfy room, modern bath and both ac & fan, mozzie nettings so you can choose what you prefer to use. Just short walk to the main shopping street and side alleys had lots of restaurant and bars. Highly recommend the cosy restaurant next to Charming House. The parking was close enough at special rate w the BnB.

The staff helped with bags but do note they do not have lifts. We got the room on L1 so it was ok but it does go up to L3.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast really good, and the Rita, the owner, is just the most friendly and helpful host. The huge castle park right next to the accommodiation was so beautiful! We had a lovely stay.

It was very hot during our stay at the beginning of September, and even though the room had both a fan and air conditioning, we did not manage to cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. But I guess that's just normal in summer in Southern Italy. :-)

The hotel is right in the middle of Caserta, you can pretty much walk everywhere (including the train station). It's a 40m comute to Napoli (by train). The staff was amazing and always ready to help. A special shout out to Rita who cooked our breakfast every day, you're a legend! If you're looking for a place around Caserta make sure you include this one in your pool of options.

If you're traveling by car be very mindful about the driving restrictions around the hotel, there are a bunch of streets around which seem open to drive, but are really only for residents (I'm unsure ATM if I'll receive a fine because of having missed out one of those signs). They have a sort of arrangement with a nearby car parking (300m away, paid 13€/day), which is totally doable (10m walk) but not ideal.

Very nice hotel. It is a little hard to spot from the street. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and the main entrance of the "Reggia". The breakfast was great local specialties including mini sfogliatelle elegantly served. The clean and modern hotel is charming with large rooms and bathroom. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is not very friendly if you are arriving by car, The hotel is on a restricted road.

Everything was perfect and way above our expectations: starting with the scent of a huge jasmim in full bloom in the courtyard, then the very well appointed room and bathroom, nicely decorated,,to a delicious breakfast with plenty of choices and served to perfection! Unfortunately it was only for one night. Bravo to the whole team! As a bonus, on a busy Saturday night in town, the place is surprisingly quiet...

Great small boutique hotel a stones throw from Reggia Di Caserta. We had a lovely stay here. Rita made a very nice breakfast for us and was very nice to talk to. We stayed 2 nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location Next to the Reggio Caserta Palace and close to the train station, bars and restaurants and 1 km from the pizzeria that won the best award in the world, I Masanielli di Francesco Martucci. Large, comfortable room, ideal seasoning, no need to adjust, runs, good wifi. Efficient employees. Continental breakfast, prepared with care.

The hotel sends message charging payment with forms and links. And warning that reservation can be cancelled, even though it is no longer refundable nor can it be cancelled. . It could be simpler, simply charged directly with Booking.com, as other hotels do. A small detail that doesn't get the hotel a 10 out of 10.

It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation. The hostess Rita is superb, very professional, helpful and there whenever you need her. Breakfast was great. Location excellent. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

Ira and het team are amazing. After our stay they sent an email asking what they could do to improve, i replied nothing, everything was PERFECT. Room was great, exceptionally clean; breakfast was wonderful; so friendly and so nice. Location is great for the Palace and town. It is a short walk from the train station, if you take a taxi it has to take a long route round the palace because of the one-way system. It is a very easy and short walk, simply walk up the main footpath to the palace, turn right and follow the palace wall round.
