Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We had a junior suite, and it faced the piazza. It was a fabulous room, the beds were very comfortable. The walk-in wardrobe was a great addition to store away the suitcases. We also had a large balcony with sofas and a table. It was lovely to sit there in an evening and relax. Also to have a fridge was an added bonus too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. It was our first time in Caserta and we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip there.

Everything was wonderful.

Excellent location in the centre of Caserta situated on an attractive square with only a short walk to the palace and walking distance to a number of restaurants. The room was comfortable, with air con, clean and quiet. We were only staying one night, had an enjoyable breakfast then took the nearby expressway to Naples airport which was only 30 minutes drive away.

The property was very clean. The location was also excellent. I was traveling for work and it was so easy after work to get nice meal or sometime super quick. I also enjoyed going for spritz just down the street at a lounge there were many to choose from.

We arrived At 12.00 o’clock, without any problems we took room early.

Bath was narrow, right side class and left side on the wall small glass again where can leave washing items.If your legs slip, it could be a very bad situation and need some hand keeping.

The location was excellent! We were right in the middle of action with all the bigger sites just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and a great size. They were also easy to find and parking was just a short walk away! We would definitely recommend staying here.

A comfortable hotel with all the usual facilities. The breakfasts were good. I had a nice balcony room overlooking the square. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The WiFi in the room was not great, but it was OK in the downstairs areas. It's a pity that there was no bar. Not much more to add!

The bed, the room size, and views from the balcony (top floor) were great. The free-to-use ironing/pressing board was a good addition, and the hotel even offers additional products which make life easier when ironing. The breakfast was good even though no buffet, but would recommend to just let it be a buffet to the guests. The reception staff helped us a lot to find a taxi at midnight, to pick us at Naples airport due to a taxi strike there, the taxi drove from Caserta to Naples airport and rescued us :)

The drain in the shower was almost fully clogged/blocked. The balcony needs better cleaning.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very professional in the hotel was very clean and a beautiful location close to all amenities.

The position!next to a park with trees and next to the main shops.Very polite staff Alberto, Chiara & Luca at breakfast and Filippo helped us with everything we needed for our 5 month baby.

The aircondition during the day didn't work properly.
