Very centrally located and beautiful accommodations. Pictures are accurate. Great tub in the sequoia suite—rain showers in the sequoia and betulla suites. All the beds were very comfortable and the owner and staff were absolutely lovely. Sharon was available for anything we needed—and when our girls got stuck at the airport, she was willing to help!! Breakfast was delicious. The apartment was a perfect spot to see the area and eat at wonderful restaurants—very accessible to anything.—even Procida was a super easy day trip. Great AC. Great WiFi. Very safe. We left early a few mornings, but they were kind enough to leave some pastries and jams in our room. The tea in the rooms was excellent! We were able to park at the property in the ZTL for loading and unloading, and the parking lot is very secure and only a short walk away. Highly recommend!

We were afraid about noise because of some of the reviews. But, the windows are double paned with shutters, and we used our white noise from the cell phones and slept well. My husband who is a light sleeper brought earplugs in case—he slept perfectly!

Mostly everything. It was the comfiest bed we had during our Italian vacation. Nicest apartment. We really appreciated that there was a small kitchen connected to the apartment. The breakfast was also the best in house that we had. The older gentlemen and his son cooking for us were very nice and made fantastic cappuccino.

The only thing that I would have liked was for the TV to be able to play Netflix, Prime, Youtube and all that.. So an upgrade just in that department would have been awesome. I don't speak Italian and they translate everything so didn't really hold any interest. The AC in our bedroom also had some rattling noise that woke us up in the night sometimes.. But all in all minor things that are easily fixed.

A beautiful old house in the heart of Caserta, few steps away from the palace and the gardens. We stayed in the room on the terrace, very large, clean, with fully equipped kitchen, 2 large and confortabile beds. The room has a very large terrace. The host was nice and helpful, but did not speak English, so we exercise Italian😊 . Very good breakfast, with fresh fruits, croissants, coffees, some cheese and charcuteries.

The fireplace in the room, though advertised in the description, can not be used, for safety reasons. So do not hope to really have a cosy atmosphere with a fire place. The room was a bit noisy, as it was raining heavily and not well sound proof .

Great location walking distance to Palace and good shops close by. Worked well for our family to have apartment with bedroom and fold out sofa in living room. Bathroom was very nice and large. Great wine bar just outside entrance. Staff very accommodating to allow early access for luggage and guidance for parking.

Caserta generally didn’t appear to have as many tourist as other places we visited. So shop and restaurants may not offer English speaking options. Confronted by homeless in the area when we were walking a few times.

Very central, comfortable beds, very clean. Perfect for our family of 4, with two rooms sharing a modern bathroom.

Unfortunately, we stayed in on a Saturday night, and there was lots of noise in the street until around 2 am. (and then the rubbish collection and street cleaning at 6 am). Kids could sleep, but I did wake up with the noise a couple of times.

The host was in touch with us in advance and answered all our questions. She recommended a great place for dinner. The B&B is located on the main street and around the corner from the palace but the room was quiet, bed comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was great. Good selection of eggs, cold cuts, yogurts. Best croissants i ever had. The host allowed to keep our stuff after check out.

Absolutely luxurious and comfortable studio, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view. It's very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The staff is super efficient and helpful.

It'd be good to have some healthier options for breakfast. The pastry was delicious, but my partner and I don't normally have such things for breakfast, especially in big quantities. Fruit could be fresher. Porridge please! :)

A luxurious facility for our stay in Caserta which was close to the Reggia di Caserta. Stylish room was large and very comfortable. Great bathroom and amenities provided which is a nice touch. Mini fridge was good to have. Paid private parking was available at a private car park approximately 7 minutes walk. Location is in a central area of Caserta which is quite lively at night. Host was easy to communicate with.

Being in the central area it can get a bit noisy at night in the room we were in.

Comfortable bed. Air conditioning and fan. Nice fittings. Good breakfast. Sharon was really helpful and a lovely person. communication was excellent.

Can be noisy on Saturday nights as right on the street. No coffee sachets in room. Just tea bags. Maybe some form of non-dairy creamer might be useful for international visitors who don't drink their tea black. Shower cubicle needs to have mildew removed from tiles as it spoils the otherwise immaculate appearance.

A beautiful place to stay - walking distance from the train station and convenient for visiting the Royal Palace. Lots of cafes/restaurants and shopping on the doorstep. The staff are very attentive and communication was excellent before our arrival. Self checkin was an easy process with Sharon available if required. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with coffee made to order. Luggage storage available. We enjoyed our stay.
